First thing we were thankful for, was that our number was on the 1st floor - we overpacked a little because of the weather, so it was nice to not walk a lot and higher than the 1st floor. We liked that breakfast was inclusive and we liked the buffet. We also liked the light dimming curtains - we went to Pühajärve jaanituli festival and that meant we would come back to the hotel early in the morning, when the sun was rising - and so the curtains were perfect to make the room dark enough to get a good rest. The view out of the window was nice & green - I find it relaxing. The bathroom was also lovely, it had cleaning products and glasses for guests to use for drinking tap water or for teethbrushing and it smelled after magnolia wood there if I'm not mistaken - the ceiling was wooden and that's where the lovely smell came from, reminded me of the smell of a sauna.We had a small fridge in our number - a good addition to put our own food and drinks there to eat a little before sleep. I think we forgot our fridge magnet there, but that's not a big issue - happens 😅. By the fridge was a desk which I was happy over, because we could put our laptop there and kiddo could have fun playing games inbetween sleep and our festival visits - we went for 2 nights/3 days. I was also thankful for the receptonist to remind me of my trip planning for next year's visit - certainly will consider coming back!

Nothing considering the hotel, rather the young guests who didn't take away their alcoholic beverages with them and just left them outside.

This was a fabulous stay. The owner welcomed us and ensured we had a really good room as were soaked from cycling most of the day. She ensured we had a drying cabinet and access to the sauna. The rooms were clean, very comfortable and had everything you need for a nice stay. The breakfast was good as was the Ugandi resto just. 5 minutes walk away. Fully recommend!!

Good location, comfortable room, first floor for traveler with dog, fridge in roome, super nice staff, enough place for car, easy to find, good breakfast, quiet, not long walking distance to town centre, lot of walking posibilities. This place is good for those who want stay for longer time in this area

Really nice hotel just next to Tehvandi ski stadium. Very nice and polite staff. There are parking spots for cars, big room, comfortable beds, decent breakfast. We travelled with kids and also booking an extra bed went really smoothly and as room was big, then it fit nicely to the room. Really great value for money. Otepää is also a really nice area to visit + it is just half an hour drive away from Tartu.

Breakfast area was a bit crowded, but I guess this just happened to be so as there was one event in Tehvandi + it was a long spring day weekend + there were school holidays all over Estonia.

Found the room to be good value for the price and great for short stay. Heated floor in the bathroom, dogs are allowed (except into the restaurant), free parking. Included breakfast was very nice for my taste.

The soundproofing of the rooms is not great, so the noise would very much depend on the level of politeness and understanding of other tenants.

Very nice and kind receptionist. Very clean place. Perfect location - next to stadium, restaurant and store. Fridge available. either in the room or in lobby. Suprisingly spacious room!

As usual in such a places - double bed means two twin beds together, there is a gap between matrasses.. Tea kettle is not in the room but available in lobby.

Probably the best location at Otepää if you are aiming for any sports activities that start from Tehvandi. Friendly staff, clean, reasonably priced.

Thin walls make you aware of anything your neighbors are doing. A double bed is actually two beds put together with a poorly covered pit between the two.

This is a nice hotel, conveniently located in Otepää. The room was nice - not fancy, but spacious, with windows that open, a comfortable bed, and a nice shower. The breakfast in the morning was also very good, with a large variety of local products and Estonian food. They are one of the few hotels with not only machine coffee (push the button get the style you want, which is very good, but has the same standard taste) as well as hand-made drip coffee (which is often better if made well - and it was made well here). Parking is easy. You can walk to some restaurants but it is a little distance.

Comfortable beds. Lovely staff. Mosquito nets on windows. Close to grocerie store. Quiet street. AC in the room. Possibility to do laundry. Good gym. Clean. Hairdryer in the room. Tasty breakfast.

No fridge in room, but shared one in the hallway. Could hear the neighbours through walls.

Efficiently managed. Close to restaurants and grocery. Lots of outdoor activities to choose from.

Very good breakfast. Excellent wifi. Free parking.
