Freshly renovated property, the entire building has been renovated. Location is right in the very heart of Mikolajki port. It's still very quiet despite it's proximity to the main promenade. Friendly cooperative receptionist.

The hotel did not provide any parking instructions whatsoever prior to arrival as the parking lot is located in another address. I had to call them to find out the parking lot location, but that did not help. They sent me an address but the parking lot is not to be found on that address. The hotel should provide exact Google Maps Pin for the parking lot, otherwise there is too much confusion for the foreigner to find it. Then had we booked 1 double room and 2 twin rooms but they provided us with 3 double rooms - to be fair they fixed it fast but this confusion could have been avoided. Then there was no Wi-fi access instructions provided in the rooms. I had to message the reception but they ignored my question.

Location is good. Room was big and was clean. We arrived after 8.00pm so key was left in our room and check in was easy

Finding parking lot was difficult. Hotel breakfast at Taverna was very avarage, coffee was awful. Building floors are very thin so you could hear your neigbors talking. It was quite noisy anyway because there are restaurants surrending building.

Very Central location and immaculate property throughout. We had the lake view, which was great.

Downside was the door are not sound proof and other guests were behaving quite loud so they woke us up. If the doors for the corridors could have been locked it would have saved lost of noise...

The location is very good.The beds very comfty and rhe breakfast in restorante Italiano was tasty.

Unfortunately we coldn't open windows or look out beacause there were lots of spiders behind them and windows of room were covered with nets!

Place in the center of the city, close to everywhere (like 1 minute far). Veeery comfortable sleeping (bed, pillows, warm lamps), air conditioning working well even during the night and very quiet, so it was not disturbing our sleep. Great that we had a 10% discount for some restaurants because of the same group. Separate parking for a car in the middle if the center.

Would be nice to have a breakfast provided at that price. Big issue: Lack of hot water (it was ice cold) the first morning, unable to shower at all (unless I wanted to catch a cold or just freeze), the second it was very hot on the other hand. The room was not the same as in the pictures, I chose it because of the view for this price and there was no good view from our room. Small issues - the bathroom was nice almost luxurious but the toilet was a bit weirdly low and there were pipes protruding from the wall like it was not finished (and at the same time no hooks for wet towels to hang so pipes were our hangers...). Constant sounds of air hockey which is next to entrance till 1am so you need to close the window to sleep, but air conditioning helps then. Parking paid additionally.
