The Hotel was clean, air conditioned and had a very nice interior! The breakfast was lovely with lots of fresh fruit, pastries and an assortment of cheeses and meats for bread, the staff was also very friendly. The even restaurant had very good food, we especially enjoyed the steak tartar! The pool area was lovely and we spent a lot of our time there, there was a lot of space and the bartenders made really nice drinks!

We paid extra for a room with a balcony, expecting that the normal rooms did not have, but they actually did. Our room had a large balcony that was shared with other rooms! It would have been nice to have better information about what we could expect with the rooms, as we would have preferred the private balcony.

The location is stupendous. We had the family double which was so nice…two double rooms with a shared bathroom and beautiful balcony with seating. The restaurant provides excellent breakfast and dinner service, very high quality. Artwork throughout is lovely. Staff is superlative. The pool area is awesome, with bar service. We loved being in S. Cesarea in shoulder season, but you miss the lidos and sulphur pool, and restaurants are limited. Excellent working elevators!

There could be more attention to the pool cleaning (some algae growth on the pool floor). Perhaps this clears up as the season progresses (it was early in the season). Some of the finishes in the rooms are tired, and the shower was not pleasant (too small, very low water pressure, no shelf). It is two flights of stairs to the pool, so it is not accessible to persons with mobility impairment. These shortcomings keep it from five stars. The Spa is run by an outside vendor. They were very kind but we found the spa facility lacking. The jacuzzi is small and difficult for older people to get in/out, and the jets did not work for us.

The staff and amenities were great, particularly the beautiful pool. The location and ambience was superb and the breakfast very good. Overall we were very happy with the hotel, however.

We were a bit disappointed at our "deluxe" room as it and the bathroom were quite small and somewhat outdated and the shower door needed to be fixed.

My husband and I got married nearby to the hotel and booked it out for us and our guests to stay in. The staff were incredible, so helpful to everyone and all our guests commented what a perfect hotel it was. The pool area is beautiful with an amazing sea view and the rooms and facilities are really good. Short walk to all the restaurants and bars and coves where you can swim in the sea. Would recommend this hotel to anyone! Thanks so much for your amazing hospitality!

This place is very special! Very beautiful, typically Italian, just a few steps from the Piazza, super central. I felt very safe traveling alone. The owners were wonderful! I recommend it to everyone who wants to visit Ostuni. I will definitely come back!

Everything for me was fine!!

Staff were very welcoming and helpful. The hotel had great facilities, we used the restaurant and pool which had a poolside bar to. Room was spacious, comfy beds and clean. What views you could get 😊

The main shower head was broken but we could use the smaller one.

Wonderful location very close to the sea in a charming town on Italy’s coast in Puglia. The hotel was renovated about a decade ago and the interior is very nice. The breakfast was generous and delicious and a very good value as it was included in the price. As we visited in early October, it was the off-season. The weather was very good, but there were very few tourists in the area. The room rate was an exceptional value for the quality of the hotel. We also enjoyed the on-site spa facilities. Every single member of the staff that we interacted with was polite, helpful, and spoke English very well.

Sadly, the fantastic looking pool was closed during the off-season, even though the weather was still nice enough for swimming.

Hotel Aurora Del Benessere exceeded my expectations - I stayed there for 3 nights and picked a larger room on the 2nd floor of the hotel with separate entrance. At first the lighting of the room seemed un-sufficient, but this is something you get used to, there is plenty of sunshine outside. I really liked the size of the room, the size of the bathroom, everything was OK and comfortable, the room is not fancy, but the space and comfort is good. I also liked the reception staff and breakfast. Funny thing - normally a hotel over-promotes its own restaurants and services, this time the hotel briefly mentioned restaurant Kahlo, but they should have recommended it more :). I only managed to have a light dinner on the final night and found out that Kahlo probably was the best restaurant in this small city. If I had known it before - well, easy life, best dinner is downstairs :).

Staff were really friendly and went that little bit more to make us enjoy our stay. They were also brilliant and responded speedily when we had an emergency medical need. Swimming pool was a good size and well positioned.

Coffee and tea making facilities available in the room is what we might normally expect in this standard of hotel.

Hotel staffs were very helpful, communicative, and friendly. Restaurant was amazing too and we had dinner here every day during the stay. The outdoor pool is also well designed and the view from there was enjoyable. We spent totally relaxing days.

Spa facility; it's not like something you expect from some resort hotel. Turkish bath that is made of plastic and leaking, Finnish sauna which are designed to accommodate 4 but practically 2, hot tab also in plastic. The outdoor pool closed around 7PM, which is too early even in September.
