The host was very friendly and very quick to answer questions and to fix the one thing we had a problem with. The flat is in a great location ...we really liked being near the gardens and the Tavolara pavilion which is a fantastic building to look around. (The gardens are also where the tram and lots of buses leave from so easy to get to beach outside the city as well - once we worked out where to buy tickets - bus tickets from the kiosk in Via Tavolara and tram tickets from the excellect Cafe Garibaldi on the corner of the block). The flat itself was light and spacious and the hosts topped up the kitchen each day with milk, water, yoghourts, juice and small cakes ! Really great to have this when you are in the city for just a short time.

The only thing we didn't like was the vintage dentist chair in the kitchen which blocked off access to one of the lovely shuttered windows!

Wonderful self-contained apartment in the centre of Sassari, close to the bars, restaurants, shops & museums and within walking distance of the train and bus station. The apartment was very spacious with separate living room, bedroom, kitchen and bathroom and a variety of basic breakfast items, milk, yogurt and coffee making facilities. The cleaner came in the apartment every day to empty the bins and even did some washing up and towels were changed every 3 days.

The pillows were poor quality which was a shame as everything else was perfect. Not a complaint but a few things that would make it more comfortable especially for like us a longer stay (8 days) - Some pegs or a clothes airer to dry some clothes/beach items - A tea towel for the kitchen - A small dustpan in the kitchen to sweep up

Athough the good price, it was not really breakfast included. There was coffee & tea, however all pre-packaged cookies for breakfast. It is not automatically filled, you need to ask each morning at 10.30.

location very central. rooms, very comfortable. Easy check in. Owner sends you location, codes to enter and everything via sms or whatsapp on the day. Also owner leave things to eat and coffee/teas for you take whenever you like. It was a great surprise. Kids adored the biscuits:) There is also a parking next to the Palazzo

Very well equipped little apartment in a good location. Nice decor and a good amount of space. Breakfast was good with coffee, assortment of teas, pre-packaged cakes, yogurt & milk.

Host was absent and did not give us proper information about parking or other recommendations. No fresh fruit. Street was noisy at night but was quiet in the morning.

small fixture imperfections, in particular in the bathroom. Might want to consider investing in better linen.

The experience was good overall. When we arrived we noticed that the bed was not as clean as we would like, but as soon as we mentioned to the staff we were immediately given an upgrade to the larger flat, which was clean. The kitchen was fully stocked when we arrived. The location was ideal, being very close to the centre and a 10-15 minute walk to the main bus and train stations.

A very comfortable apartment. We spent only one night there, but has all the facailities you need. Clean, spacious and fully equipped.

Nothing in particular - very satisfied. The apartment is on 3rd floor and there is no lift available. However it is a very old block so expected. The common area as soon as you enter needs to be refurbished as it is not very welcoming.

Amazing apartment with an abundance of space. Very well equipped, comfortable and very clean. Situated in an ideal location for exploring the city and right next to a safe car park and lovely cafe's. Excellent value for money. Highly recommend.

Location is good, close to restaurants and bara.

The breakfast is very poor, i would not even call it Breakfast included, a couple of packed cheap croissants and some very bad coffe, also some milk available in the frindge.
