This hotel is great! We were traveling, and stayed overnight. It is very clean, and the restaurant close by is delicious. Everyone was so friendly and nice while we were there. I left my AirPods…and when I called 10 days later…they had them! Angie is mailing them to me! I’ve never left anything at a hotel, and been able to get it later! I will definitely stay again on my next trip to see my son.

The staff was stellar! I wish I could remember everyone's names but every single person we interacted with was above and beyond in terms of customer service and just plain kindness! Thank you to the wonderful lady who even washed my coffee cup out! The hotel is in a very small town and we just did not expect to find such a wonderful hotel there so we trusted the great reviews this hotel received and the reviews are spot on. What a great surprise!

Maybe the food choices were lacking a bit but understandably so--they did the best they could without having a full-service kitchen and the convenience of what they provided more than made up for a lack of selection. The coffee was delicious, too!

they have comfortable mattresses and the facility is very nice.

I booked a king size room and that is not what I received. bad the pricing was lateral so it wasn't a financial problem. the young man who handled the situation was somewhat rude. breakfast needs extreme improvement. overall. not a bad place though for Eads Colorado

It is a Gem of a hotel in a part of Colorado with not much else! The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Our room was clean and comfortable, and we appreciated the breakfast they provided.

It did not bother us, but this is a very small rural town, so there is not much else there.

Hotel was surprisingly nice. Breakfast was normal. For needing a place to sleep for the night, it was perfect. Would come back.

I didn't like that there is no elevator. Dragging stuff upstairs isn't really ideal.....but not a deal breaker for us.

We were in a long stretch of road with nothing around. This was the perfect place. Clean and friendly.

There are no restaurants around so if that’s a big deal then this is not the location. The staff did offer to make pizza or burgers.

Exceptional staff. Booked while traveling and they made accommodations for my husband’s health needs, and even offered to help carry his equipment. Offered an exceptional Taco Tuesday meal at a great value so we didn’t have to go out to eat. Friendly, professional, responsive and pleasant!

It was a tasty breakfast; I enjoyed it so much! There were many options. They served scrambled eggs, patties, cereal, muffins, yogurt, and more.

When I get there, the electronic keys were not working.

Always friendly, clean, and comfortable! We have been staying here twice a year for several years and just love it. The breakfast is great, too!

There was nothing we didn't like.

Awesome value. Easy to find. Great room all around. I wish everywhere offered the value to quality ratio that this place offers.
