The hotel presents well and is very clean! I can’t say enough good things about the staff who I loved!

Though every single interaction with staff was superior (VERY helpful & friendly!!!), the shower floor is very slippery and there were no grab bars in the shower. Having worked in Long Term Care for over 30 years, that’s a HUGE risk for you! I was very uncomfortable. Also, the breakfast wasn’t great for vegetarians.

No highway noise. Room was bigger than other chain hotels. Liked the extra security on the door. It was so clean, I thought it was a brand new hotel. Good coffee.

TV. Could not figure out how to get weather and news report. As a senior, a laminated instruction sheet could have gone a long way in knowing what was available on the TV and how to select it. The breakfast was average.

Modern (rooms look great - don’t let the kind of plain exterior fool you). Extremely clean everywhere. Friendly staff from the manager to the front desk to the breakfast staff to the housekeeper. Comfortable beds.

The only suggestion is that they fix the TVs so that they play local channels. I understand that the hotel is looking into this.

Breakfast was great. We like to have a banana for the road though, there were none.

Window looked out on a nearby rooftop of what looked to be a derelict building. Not much could be done about that, but you asked. Also, similar properties we have stayed at had a small side chair in addition to the desk chair. We moved the desk chair to the corner opposite the TV where one is usually placed. Still, only one chair for two guests.

Driving cross country and this hotel has been my favorite. Rooms are spacious and well appointed, excellent coffee with nice extras like syrups, generous breakfast spread, clean, quiet location, very comfortable beds. I appreciate the amenities.

It was a comfortable, clean room, near the elevator. It was suited for traveling with a pet, with easy access to grassy areas outside the building. Excellent location near restaurants, gas stations, and on the main road for our travel home.

The room was very clean and had all the amenities needed. The night staff at check-in were so courteous.

I wish there were a disposable bath mat to use. I almost always slip when getting into the tub and have to use a handwash towel to step on.

Good location, easy access to town & restaurants. Friendly staff and good rooms and beds. Highly recommend steak house next door and diner a block south.

Breakfast was good first morning but next day was different story, pretty bad. Went out for our 3rd morning.

It is a very clean property with a friendly staff and is pet friendly. We always stay here when we travel to Texas tk see our son and family.

There were not many breakfast options.

We had a couple of issues with the TV and telephone. Had to go down to the front desk to get help with the TV since the phone didn't work. Kind of inconvenient.
