What an exquisite place! Everything is so perfect that it’s hard to believe that this place is real! I’ve stayed there with my husband only one night and we didn’t want to leave! We felt not just staying in the hotel, but being the meaningful part of it! The personnel were so friendly, nice and hospitable, especially Mr. Leandro, only his smile and positive vibes already made our staying memorable! We’re very thankful to all the personnel! We definitely come back again and next time will stay even longer to fully enjoy this amazing place! Many thanks to all the personnel to make our weekend so special!

The location is great, rooms are very classy and beautiful. The staff are super friendly and helpful, they usually always went out of their way to make us happy. I want to thank Leandro and Baki, they were super fun, cool and made our stay remarkable. The stay was comfortable and very chilling/relaxing for a getaway. Thank you

The location is excellent. Very good parking facilities. Good breakfast and good service. The view from the room was really nice and peaceful.

The junior suite did not reach my expectations when considering the price. The 'checking in' process was very amateurish and I had to wait for some time to be served for the 'checking out' process. Here again, considering the price of the stay, one would expect a better front office service.

We stayed for our first wedding anniversary and it was amazing! The hotel is beautiful, the staff is great, the food is excellent and the rooms are amazing! We even got a free upgrade for our celebration! We were super welcome and felt like "home away from home" there! Besides, we traveled with our dog and it was super special, they prepared a bed for him, they added bowls for food and water in the room and he got lots of treats and petting from the staff! We would come back and recommend it to anyone!

The reception staff were very accommodating and helpful. The waiting staff were a little less so, one having a very peculiar attitude to women. The toy dogs guarding the rooms are genius!

No air conditioning or fans in the room. One was supplied when asked for it. We moved rooms from the garden side to the lakeside which was far more comfortable and cool. The meal and drink prices were very expensive. Breakfast was ok, but not a great choice.

Beautiful location, amazing staff. Great getaway for a relaxing vacation. Rooms are spacious and classy. Baki and Leandro are the best and made our stay super fun and smooth.

Amazing facilities, very unique hotel. The area is also magnificent. It was a magical weekend with great food! Plus, I have forgotten a very expensive jewelry and the hotel staff found it after we called them from the airport and they send it to me to my country the next day! I have received it safe and sound! I am more than grateful! We will definately visit again!

it felt like your home. I like that there were only 30 rooms. plenty of parking easy access to the lake, clean and plenty of drinking amenities in your own room that are complimentary.

they don’t serve lunch you have to go across the hotel next door which is easy actually. in case you want to hang out by the lake all day you want to just get. lunch it would be convenient. but I guess it’s a small hotel to keep the visits down the just include a wonderful breakfast with your room and the dinner menu is great.

Our lake view room was huge with exceptional furnishings & amenities. The entire hotel is beautifully decorated with a lovely ambience & the staff were ultra friendly & helpful. The lakeside location is perfect.
