Quiet good sized room with good view of lake. Plenty of free parking, nice grounds and position. Breakfast good but better some days than others.

Property possibly a little dated, 2 out of 6 ceiling lights not working, no bathroom floor towel provided until day 2 after we had asked for one. Breakfast on 2 out of 4 days had a fresh fruit salad provided, and the other 2 days it was either melon only or pineapple. 2 days milk jugs ( small) for tables provided to go with kanchen of coffee, other 2 days they were not provided. Finally evening meal on site was very limited in choice and expensive. As such a lot of people staying at the marina hotel seem to be going to the Seeblick hotel just up the road for there evening meals which had a far better choice at a more sensible price level, quality still good. To get to breakfast you have to walk outside in our case in the rain, not ideal.

This hotel is in a great location and has fantastic access to the lake. There is also a very large lawn in front of the hotel with fantastic views over the lake and relaxing chairs to sit in the restaurant is also of a very high-quality and they have a very good kitchen and very professional waiters.

Unfortunately we had a very obnoxious person checking us in. When I later called to check from which time breakfast will be open instead of just answering he insisted multiple times that the breakfast opening hours are in the leaflet which I should’ve taken with me from the front desk.. a little detail which only really reflects on him, but still a shame in such a nice hotel nonetheless.

We arrived late, but Marius at the front desk saved the day with a quick check-in. Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with high-quality, practical details. It was a joy to wake up feeling like we were staying in a place where attention to detail truly matters.

A bit disappointing that some of the staff struggled with English—it seems they’re not all used to English-speaking tourists yet. But with a little creativity and some smiles, we still managed just fine!

Everything went well. The hotel is beautifully located with the view of the lake. Breakfast was excellent and one evening meal too. T The rooms are spacious and well furnished, the beds very comfortable. The park is nice too, and the proximity of the splendid Buchheim Museum is perfect! We will definitely come again.

Well, the photos on booking.com hardly show the hotel and its many 'houses' What was really disappointing is the fact that the indoor swimming pool is in one building and from all the others you have to walk outdoors in any weather. The same goes for the restaurant, so breakfast etc is always in another building. This is not too bad, but should have been mentioned or shown in the description and photos. This info may, however, be useful for people with walking problems.

We arrived earlier than our check-in time and even though we couldn’t get in to our rooms straight away, we were able to use the pool and sauna hours before. The reception staff were so friendly and helpful and the coffee machine in the reception area ,where everyone could help themselves freely, was amazing. Our rooms were fantastic- One of the rooms was very modern and the other one was typical German style. Everything was really clean and comfortable and we had beautiful views of the sea. Breakfast was plentiful and there was something for everyone.

It is in front of the lake with very easy access to it. The hotel consists in different house and you need to move between the to go to the spa area or the restaurant so keep that in mind. In front of the restaurant there is a SUP station where you can rent some. The service was good.

Hotel is a bit old and bedrooms too. The spa area consist of a small swimming pool and one steams room. The gym is only 3 cardio machines and that’s it, not weights or anything if you are expecting to train there. The price is a bit higher for what you get. I would just come back because of the location.

Location is amazing, rooms are beautiful. Breakfast buffet had everything I would expect. If the weather is good the big outside terrace is a highlight. Our room was already prepared and had a baby bed and diaper disposal added. Very thoughtful.

Our room had a bit of a funny smell. But could be aired out quickly.

Location, breakfast and pool. Little details like robes, slippers unlimited towels by pool. Free refresments by the pool and reception. Beautiful view from balcony.

Restaurant was a bit disappointing. Staff not speaking English, long waiting for everything. Seems like they are rushing and doing a lots of mistakes and it doesn't make a pleased visit. Shame. The view is beautiful. Steak excellent cheeks not so good. More fat than meat. Other than that. The place is awesome and hotel amazing.

Upon arrival we were informed that there were 2 breakfast time slots 7-9am and 9-10-30am. When we arrived only the earlier slot was still available. Given we came here to relax, this really was a nasty surprise because it meant we had to get up much earlier than we planned. When we went to reception the next day to book the later slot for the following days, we were told to come back at 11am because guest first had to check out before we could get a chip for the later breakfast slot. We got the desired chip in the end, but it was all a bit more complicated then hoped for on a short stay. We had asked for a double bed but our room had 2 single beds put together. The bed room and bath room were spacey but really could do with some new, more modern furniture.

We loved the location. Our room was large and comfortable. Breakfast was exceptionally.

The staff in the restaurant (not at breakfast), especially the manager, was arrogant and dismissive of us, I think, because we were British. We ended up leaving as we were left unaided for 15 minutes
