The location was excellent. The staff was nice and helpful. Our room was great, large and super clean. The housekeeping was excellent too. The facilities were pretty good but there wasn’t American tv news channels, nor smart tv. Therefore, we were unable to get Netflix, Prime or any other stream app.

There wasn’t any American cable TV channel. There wasn’t a smart TV either, therefore we couldn’t stream Netflix, Prime or any other app. This a problem for people that arrives in Berg for medical care and needs to stay at the hotel for a week or more. The breakfast was very good but monotonous. The breakfast was the same for the whole week. The hotel doesn’t have 24 hours snacks, example: small convenience store or vending machines. After breakfast, it was impossible to get anything to eat or drink, except for coffee.

I loved the place, from the location to the breakfast. Also the facilites are really nice and the wellness center is included in the booking. We rented 2 electric bicycles and it was the best choice of the weekend, we went for biking around the lake and it was beautiful. Last but not least, credits to the recepcionist who was really nice to us everytime.

The room was clean and big enough for the three of us. The breakfast was really good, with lots to choose from and a breakfast room that overlooks the lake. The location is perfect, right beside the lake, as well as a restaurant, a playground, and a bike/pedestrian path that leads to Starnberg along the picturesque lakeside. This is our second time staying here at the hotel.

Shower cabins are a bit small, but not a real issue. Beds are single, put together to make a double. An overall topper would increase the comfort as my knee ended up between the mattresses

Wonderful view, good variety of the breakfast buffet, friendly staff. We were also lucky to have the sauna area all to our selves.

I personally don't like fitted carpet in my sleeping area which made the room quite stuffy for my taste. Also my 2 year old daughter found a pill under the bed and in screening the room before leaving I found slippers there, too. So cleaning in that area could probably be a little better.

room is v clean, breakfast is good. Though breakfast starts at 7am, they allowed me to start 10 mins earlier as we need to catch the train. One short coming is their lift: v v small, allows 2 pax only, hard time to get luggage in. Worst it operates at 7am! We had to hand carry heavy luggage down the spiral stairs ourself!

I was in this hotel last week, and I chose it again this week for my travel. Bed is really comfortable, rooms are clean. The stuff is very very helpful and kind. There are many choices of food for breakfast. The location of hotel is really nice. All recommendations.

The area around the hotel is beautiful, quiet and clean. There was parking for the accommodation. The breakfast was excellent. The staff was polite and kind.

The room did not have a balcony. The view from the room was not nice.

I would say everything is ok but I remember how it was before they divided with restaurant, so I considered this place in one as hotel and restaurant and it was amazing. Now I got mansarde room that not so comfortable and can't use their restaurant anymore. Unfortunately my last stay there.
