We stayed in the Hotel many years previous and were hoping for the same good experience - the Hotel did not disappoint. The reception staff were all pleasant and most helpful.

Parking was a bit limited but there was a solution offered through the public carpark close by. To satisfy my coffee addicted wife - coffee making facilities in the room would have helped.

We are walking the Jakobsweg and the hotel is right on the official way… that said, the property is very central and has comfy beds and a good hot shower. Nearby there are a few restaurants and in the morning there’s a Bakery that’ll put a smile on everyone’s faces (Bakeries Kasprowicz is the name.)

The pillows are bog for watching tv but suck for a nights rest… seriously get new pillows or you’ll start having people sue you for damaged necks!!! (My wife’s a physio and she said it was the worst.)

Loved the healthy breakfast options and friendly staff. Within walking distance of main train station and all amenities just outside the hotel door

Parking and elevator access cumbersome

Ideally located in the centre of town . Lovely, clean room . The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet was amazing with everything you could wish for .

My single room came with a small balcony and an easy chair as well ss plenty of power connections. It was also extremely well lit. The breakfast was exceptional.

The lift is situated a long way from some of the rooms.

The property is clean and beautiful! Nice colours, exceptional quality of the renovated areas and rooms and furniture. The beds are perfect, breakfast is great, really nice restaurant. Great location… staff very friendly.

The rooms would have benefited from being dusted, and there were some hairs on the pillows and sheets.

The staffs were super helpful and friendly. The location is amazing if you have a car. Also, the breakfast was top-notch.

The pillows are not comfortable at all. I asked for a parking lot, which is stated on booking.com that they have, but they could not provide one. Lastly, the rooms don't have a boiler or an iron (you need to ask for 'quick access to those facilities).

Location, cleanliness and the friendly staff.

I am a regular guest and enjoy this place a lot. Especially as a motorcylce-driver I feel very welcome. The renovation in 2021 of the hotel makes ist very pleasant.

I have nothing to complain about.
