The hotel is located in a cute small village in Bavaria, close to the lake Ammer (Ammersee), where we went for a swim at the nearby free "beach". There isn't much happening in the village but we were happy for some quiet time, and the restaurant of the hotel was lively and we ate very well. Breakfast was great with lots of choices and quality ingredients. The coffee (large coffee) was very good (coming from someone quite picky with their coffee and food in general). A couple of minutes walk away, there is an ice cream vending machine with locally produced ice cream, which made for a nice evening walk. The man at reception was friendly and with a quirky/endearing humor which we enjoyed a lot :)

Our room was literally in front of the barn of a working farm, so the tractor started at 7/7.30am, but we closed the window and luckily we went back to sleep.

countryside hotel in small village, very friendly staff, good breakfast. There is a bowling but did not use it, rooms seem to be renewed not long ago.

restaurant is closed on Monday and Tuesday, drinks can be taken in the hall there is another place in walking distance for dinners.

Friendly and relaxed welcome, Comfy beds and good sized room. On site restaurant was excellent but very very busy! All round excellent value- Very good breakfast too

Interesting old building with modern amenities. Very quiet in the Andrea building…fewer steps for elderly guests. Hostess was wonderful…been there for 60 years.

Breakfast was good, but too expensive for what was available. We’re told Bakeries are closed on Mondays, so we paid for breakfast. Found several bakeries open nearby when leaving.

Breakfast was good and since it has Restaurant on premises - the noise was too much till late in eve since our room was right above the patio dining.

The hotel is very attractive with a friendly staff. Although it was their Ruhetag, checking in was easy.

I arrived on their Ruhetag so was not able to try their restaurant.

My 5th stay in 3 years. They are not pretenders. They provide what they advertise and the staff is super professional. They also have a fantastic kitchen with real Bavarian specialties.

Everything is easy: easy parking, easy check in and out. Fantastic employees; the front desk gentleman is great and very accommodating. The lady who works the breakfast is simply fantastic. Will always come back.
