We got a free upgrade to a family suite with a balcony. Super location only 5 minutes walk to the public 'beach' where there is also a café with terrace. The hotel has nice gardens and terrace where you can relax. Also an indoor seating area for bad weather. Tea and coffee are free at all times, and you can help yourself to a wide range of drinks and pay on checking out. There is free parking. The staff are very friendly. We loved our stay.

The hotel's 'private beach' is not appealing. But no problem because the free public one is so nice, and very near the hotel - though you do have to cross the main road. Wasn't a problem for us.

Amazing room with a huge bathroom and a wonderful balcony towards the back with evening sunshine. Free coffee and tea at the main reception area. Wonderful selection of frozen meals and a microwave all very reasonably priced, lovely garden to relax or have a coffee. Amazingly friendly and helpful staff. We only stayed one night but could easily have stayed here for a couple additional nights. Great location to explore the Ammersee area by bicycle (they have a dedicated bicycle garage)

Breakfast was slightly below average for hotels in this price range, not a big minus though.

The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. You can see that they really care about their guests. Nice location and surroundings. Very well equipped and well kept premises. Free and spacious private parking.

Great setting in Riederau, handy for rail travel to nearby attraction or further afield to Augsburg.

Breakfast was good, all room is clean. The location is quiet not far from beach and ship port. you can come to hotel with train. the hotel not far from train station. but far from city, quiet and peaceful. For minibar coffee and tea you can drink free of charge.

Bathroom has no shower cap. in night you can still hear voice from other room. The restaurant near hotel have not much and close on monday and tuesday. if you like to dinner you must drive to city. but The hotel have food in refrigerator you can buy and make warm by yourself with microwave.

The staff were super friendly, the place are sparkling clean and spacious. There is a kitchen with all the amenities one could need. Location is couple of minutes away from the lake and park.

There were people talking under our window from 2:30-3:30 am - heard them even through the closed window.

we were greeted with a friendly face who helped us check in and she was really helpful with a local recommendation for dinner which turned out to be great. The room was simple and comfortable and very clean. Breakfast was super and we used their in house self serve bar which was well stocked and very reasonably priced. We will definitely come back here when w visit our friends who live locally again.

Only one pillow per person in room and staff off duty from 8pm so could not ask for another.
