Location and breakfast was incredible

No gym /spa but I knew that before I booked so no worries but would have been perfect if these facilities had been available too

Loved the location, calm and peaceful with lovely views of the lake. Especially loved the restaurant, best food we ate all our trip round southern Germany. Enjoyed the small sauna and wellness area. Very nice hotel, would recommend and would stay again. Also very friendly staff.

We had to ask for a second chair in our room, no big deal and they brought one straight away but for two people, two chairs? Interesting they don't have a really cosy 'bar area'. Maybe it's primarily a summer hotel as the terrace is gorgeous but in bad weather you can sit in reception, in nice chairs but not many.

Very clean rooms. Friendly helpful staff. Excellent restaurant with Vegan options for both dinner and breakfast. Comfortable beds. You can safely open a window and have fresh air while you sleep.

Guests can smoke on the balcony and that means smoke coming into your room.

every employee we encountered was pleasant and informative and helpful: lobby desk, dining room (REALLY enjoyed meeting and talking with Zringa every morning!) room: view, comfortable bed breakfast: excellent choices, quality, service, ambiance & view location: perfect 'gathering' room next to lobby: very interesting furnishings... great view!

- room: no folding luggage rack!!! I've NEVER heard of a hotel NOT having one... weird... especially considering there was NOWHERE to put one's luggage to get things out of every day, which was necessary because there's very little drawer/shelf storage. For a 2-week stay and associated amt of clothing: really annoying. - no hooks for coats/jackets/sweaters/robe - no convenient place to hang towels in bath

Bwe liked the breakfast, the location, the comfortable room and having a balcony.

Bring your own shampoo and conditioner.

Nice hotel, good location, friendly staff

it was a lovely place but the staff were outstanding. they all took a huge amount of trouble, nothing was difficult. we had a dog and this was also done beautifully. no unnecessary rules making life difficult.

Reception is very welcoming. The restaurant however could use a little makeover to make it more cosy. The room was big enough. Bathroom was rather small and outdated
