Outstanding everything as always. I used to do 1-2week shifts in Munich and I always stayed here years ago. Came back again for a week conference and stayed this time with a baby and it was equally outstanding. They continue to have the same high standards of cleanliness, customer service, facilities, garage (now with an electric charger) and also provided a huge baby bed for my daughter. There is an elevator for every floor even garage, super easy to unload car and navigate with suitcases, buggy etc. The little kitchen and fridge is perfect. I thoroughly enjoyed staying here again.

The room was immaculately clean. Staff welcoming and supported any issues. Beds comfy.

The location states no smoking but allows guests to smoke on their balcony, we were above a chain smoker who spent hours smoking & talking loudly on his phone/computer. Spoke to Reception and they offered an alternative room which we accepted. No respite from the smoke and as no air conditioning difficult to keep cool when 32 degrees if we shut door. Also metal shutters on windows, not sure if shading or security but felt oppressive sleeping with them down. Balcony easily accessed by neighbour so felt unsafe to leave open. Location is more suited to business people than tourists as it is someway from local transport.

Comfortable apartment (no AC but our September booking did not require - it would be warm/hot in summer); small kitchen and sitting area. Easy access with either stairs or elevator; front desk staff very friendly and helpful with any questions or requests. The location has a grocery store and coffee shop (with excellent healthy breakfast options too) very close.

If Munich downtown is in your daily agenda, the location is not close enough to use public transit (unless you want to spend an hour on buses and train/tram) - so the location is NOT great for this purpose. We ended up taking taxis/Ubers to town to save the time and 'keep it simple'. But as a place to rest and sleep, it was more than OK!

The place is very nice and the price is quite convenient. I like the support at the lobby, they are very friendly. Also their cleaning facilities are good. Moreover, there are nice cafes around and convenience stores. So all that is good.

It is far. Very far. And while there is public transport (buses), it wasnt that frequent. The best was to take a taxi (or equivalent) to a near train station and from there go wherever is needed. But, of course, this increased the costs, so unless you come with car or have a specific transport plan, check this issue to avoid surprises.

Very professional and helpful staff, every time we needed anything or had a question. Great location, nearby grocery, cafes, restaurants. Good efficiency hotel rooms, had everything we needed. Good public areas for meeting and hanging out, laundry. Would definitely stay again. Stayed for a week and regularly went into Munich, took less time than Google ever estimated (closer to 20-25 minutes than 30-40 depending on area).

The hotel is perfectly located for a wirk visit at the Martinsried campus of LMU. The room was spotless clean, the shower had good water pressure and the bed was comfortable. Price was fair.

* the WiFi didn't work for me (couldn't connect either my phone or laptop). * No breakfast (but there is a close by bakery with excellent coffee, pastries and other deli-syle food items)

Nice, quite neighbourhood. Cafes, restaurants, supermarket and post office all close by. Room and bed comfortable with spacious shower. Washing facilities in laundry (need correct coinage). Friendly reception staff.

Bit of a hike into town, add 40 minutes each way for travelling. But multiple options and bus stops close by. Google maps or MVV app helpful. Bit light on with tea/coffee/soap.

We liked the room with private bathroom and balcony. Everything is new and clean. Amazing big Rewe supermarket is verz close. Can be reached by multiple buses to S bahn and U bahn, although it is quiet far from the Munich city center and if you return after 12, you would need to take a taxi from the U bahn station.

We didn't have any pot lids for and there were only not that sharp knives, so that made cooking a bit harder.

It had most of the basic things you would need for a week's stay eg tools for cooking, it is clean, the price is real good for the place you get, well worth every cent. Checking in and out was easy, reception was very accommodating. Also very responsive to any queries that we had. Will recommend

Everything was great. Except that there was a huge storm during our stay. The following morning after the storm, we were awakened by the "leaf blower" guy at 7am to clean the outside area. You will need to ask if you wanted your room cleaned, otherwise it will be left unkempt.

We stayed twice during our holiday in Munich. There is a supermarket 5mins walk reasonably priced. Big bottle Drinking water at 0.29 euro. Coffee at 0.79 euro. Bread 0.49 euro Very peaceful away from town. Bed is comfortable. Plenty of bath towels. Heater is good. We parked outside the apartment which is FREE!

Lights a bit too dim. Still manageable
