The location is great. We had two connecting rooms with a kitchenette and a balcony overlooking the lake. Everything was spotlessly clean. The eggs at breakfast were delicious.

The beds were really uncomfortable - very firm with springs sticking into your hip. The showers were weak and the temperature fluctuated hot and cold. Breakfast was pleasant but limited.

Fabulous location right by the shore of the lake. Staff very friendly and helpful. We were able to leave our bags for a few hours on departure day.

The room didn't have air conditioning and it was 30 degrees C. We stayed as a family of four, which meant my wife and I slept on a sofa bed, which was OK, but a proper bed would have been better at this price.

We had a junior suite and it was fantastic with a stunning view over the lake. Everything was spotlessly clean and we enjoyed our stay very much. The host on reception was very welcoming and helpful. Very good location with underground parking for small extra charge.

Breakfast was adequate but choice not as extensive as other hotels we have stayed at in Germany.

The property is situated on the lake and provides a gorgeous view. The staff were helpful and friendly. The double room provided our family of four with adequate space and comfortable sleeping arrangements. The breakfast was tasty. The adjoining restaurant was a stand-out on our trip. Not only did we all love our entrees, but there were a number of items on the menu that made us wish we could come back to try.

Unfortunately, the weather during our stay was unseasonably cold, so we were not able to do as many water activities as we had hoped, but this is beyond anyone’s control. Despite the weather, our family enjoyed a hike to Andechs and Stand-up Paddling on the lake, with a business that provides the paddles within walking distance of the hotel.

Great place by the lake - good view to the lake - very nice staff. Sufficient breakfast. Clean and cozy rooms.

No air conditioning - it gets hot in the summer and if you open the windows (you must in the summer) you'll get mosquitos Expensive parking at the location. No small refrigerators in the rooms. Sofa bed for the kids too small.

Beautiful place directly at the waterfront. Nice rooms, quiet! Fantastic breakfast lady! Accommodated our crazy morning departure schedule without us asking! Keep that lady on staff!!

Took quite long to get the rooms ready to check in! But when done, it was all great!

The hotel is located right on the lakefront, an ideal place if you like a morning swim. Our room was clean and spacious, and the breakfast was excellent.

The rooms facing the lake are very quiet at night, but those facing the road get some of the road noise, especially if you keep the windows open.

Loved the location! Lakeview from the rooms and a garden gate to the promenade - how much closer could we get? An outstanding breakfast buffet catered for every possible taste; the scrumptious croissants were my particular favorites... Add to that extremely attentive and friendly staff, and our stay was close to perfect.

We were there during an extreme heat wave, so that the aircon in the room couldn't keep up, which was unfortunate.

Location is perfect, the view balcony and the sound of the waves are flawless! The property has direct access to the beach. Staffs are nice. Parking is also ideal!

Cleanness can be improved a little, hallway and the room smells little musty.

The bed was too hard for me and I like sheets. The staff was fantastic!!!! The breakfast was superb!!!!!

Have sheets and a softer material on top of the mattress
