Very clean and bright place, the receptionist helped us with all private requests. Thank you so much At the same location you can visit a beer restaurant and also take a breakfast for an additional payment (good assortment of cheeses and sausages, yogurts and bread). The hotel is 7-8 min away from train station and around 40 min to Munich by train

The room was small but everything in the room was clean and in great shape. Only stayed one night while traveling to our final destination, so room size was not an issue. The hotel provided a nice breakfast.

The only thing that was a minor issue was the hotel check-in time; after 17:00 hours. We arrived early and had to wait til 17:15 hours to check-in. We were eager to use the bathroom facilities. Again, this wasn't a big deal, just a little inconvenience.

This hotel is accommodated in an old building, which was formerly a brewery. The room was clean and cozy. Not far from the historic town or the railway station.

No air-conditioner or fan is equipped in the room. Guests can borrow a fan (shared use), but the number of fans was limited.

It was awkward that the check in was only for 2 hours. The front desk check staff was very nice though. The breakfast was only just okay. I had a problem with a hot shower in the morning but my husband did not. It was awesome to have a heated towel bar!

Pleasant modern spacious hotel with beer garden and range of food all of a good standard Good location, parking available easy to find and neat and tidy walking distance of the town, supermarket et cetera nearby

Breakfast room was not where are you would expect it to be in relation to the food presentations of the evening before, but having said that it was very good once I found it

The location next to the Lech river is great (happy dog walks) - the dinner possibility in the evening was great (good food). I's say this is an excellent place when on a journey.

Because, of the heat it would have been nice to have had a rotating fane. ....

The Waitzinger is In a wonderful setting, with a beer garden shared with two other food and/drink outlets. A relaxed atmosphere adds to the holiday feel. The place has recently been renovated to a high standard. All guest areas look great. My room (11) is perfect for a sole traveller for one night. Comfy bed, very nice shower. TV and tea/coffee facilities. Good wi-fi throughout the premises. The ladies of the establishment are clearly the workhorses here! The lady that stepped in to sort out the check-in issue was great. She hit the spot and couldn't do enough to make me feel welcome. Waitzingers is a lovely place to stay. I wouldn't hesitate to revisit with friends/family. Overall: fair value, relaxing atmosphere and comfortable with nice food.

25th August. On arrival, I felt there was some lack of coordination. I got the impression that (some) staff are new: I got no explanation of facilities and procedures. As with reception, ditto the barman; a guest ordering a drink for example should be able to ask any member of bar staff. A friend loitering around shouldn't distract him from his job. The bar shut before 9.45pm. I found this quite strange as guests were still in the beer garden. Again, this may be a new staff issue, but male staff seemed a little lost, if not lacking in customer service skills.

Easy check in, very pretty room. We had breakfast, which was delicious. There’s also a bar/restaurant on site. Unfortunately it was raining, but with better weather there’s a large outside area. It’s convenient to old town area. Would stay again.

Very friendly staff. Much nicer than previous night's stay in another hotel. Liked that there was a biergarten and restaurant on site. We enjoyed both.

There was no AC, but given the region it's understandable. Our fault that we traveled in the midst of a worldwide heat wave. Fans in the rooms would have helped.

Nice hotel - had a meal there in the evening which was very nice. Check in staff was 'to the point '. But nice enough. Nice to have breakfast.
