New facilities and amazing gym.

Concierge is a rude individual - don’t bother asking him anything.

Property was gorgeous, staff were very pleasant. Didn’t get to enjoy the restaurant- but it looked lovely. Room very clean, but was small but normal for NYC. Bed super comfy-slept well.

Really spacious rooms, especially for New York! The location is fantastic for getting around the city, and Central Park is just a quick 5-minute walk. We love how many great restaurants, shops, nail salons are within easy reach. MoMA is located 2 minutes away

My boyfriend comes to NY for business, so this has become our go-to spot – we've stayed here since it was the Conrad. The vibe is definitely more corporate than romantic, but that's not a problem for us since we're always out exploring, and everything we need is so close by.

The location, it’s quite close to the famous landmarks of New York city

The location was fabulous, 5 mins walk from Central Park and 5 mins from Times Square. The suite was spotless, the living area was a decent size and the bed so comfy. The doorman are so helpful and friendly. The shower was amazing. The good points definitely outweighed the few things that irritated me

Staff behind the desk were helpful but not that friendly to approach. I felt like I was bothering them on some occasions. The minibar is stocked to the brim and shockingly expensive. There was no room to put your own drink in there and if you removed anything, you would automatically get charged ( it was done on weight) I have medication that needed to keep cool so they supplied me with another fridge so I was able to use that for other bits which probably saved me $100.00 in cold soft drinks ( can of coke was $9.00 ) Also I emailed them twice before I arrived and neither were acknowledged

The location cannot be any better. Right between Central Park and Times Square.

Fridge was only a weighted mini bar. Would have been great to have a fridge to utilize for beverages and leftovers. We ended up taking things out of the mini bar and having charges removed at checkout.

Room was large and well appointed. Comfortable space. Location was good. Gym was very nice except for spin bikes, which were broken.

Check-in staff could have been more knowledgeable. As noted above, spin bikes were in disrepair in the gym. The Peleton bikes in most hotel gyms are broken (they are not durable for commercial use) so don't feel too bad. We went to the restaurant for some drinks and the service was very poor.

A perfect venue in New York with exceptional comfort as the staff were welcoming with a friendly attitude coupled with top facilities in the room that was well maintained and clean clearly sets Marriott above and beyond .A special mention to the restaurant manager who welcomed us to a surprise New Year Eve’s party when we could’t reach our planned party destination due to heavy rain.-Thank You so much .
