Communication: very accomodating and quick to respond via email. Parking: ample and easy to maneuver a larger vehicle such as a pick up truck. Noticed that tractor trailers were able to easily park along the south side of the hotel. My room was clean and comfortable. Even more so than a high end hotel I recently stayed at while on business.

location: if approaching from the north, it was easy to access. If approaching from the south its frustrating for someone that doesn't know the area. This is beyond the hotels control, so not their fault.

Everything was very clean. Good selection for breakfast. Went to the restaurant across the street, which was awesome. Price was good. Staff got us checked in quickly. I would stay here again.

Just wish the plug behind the TV was closer to the mirror in the main area for a hair dryer and such. Can't use the hair dryer in the bathroom if someone else is in the shower and you are trying to get out the door in the morning.

No shampoo. Both dispensers in the bathtub had conditioner in them. Also no body wash in the bathtub. Was available on the wall next to the sink but inaccessible from the tub. No butter for toast; only margerine. Yuch!

Loved that’s it’s close to the highway. We were there for 3 nights for Provincial Gymnastics Championships which were held in AMHERSTBURG at the Libro Centre. Convenience and location was a big factor in my choosing this specific Comfort Inn

We enjoy staying at The Comfort Inn chain as everything from check-in to check-out is seamless. We were greeted with smiles and room is just what we needed for a relaxing stay. Plenty of choices for dinner in the area and plenty of towels, coffee etc. Very convenient location close to the border crossing. Will stay again.

Rooms are very small. There’s no much walking space around the beds and furniture. It’s too tight if staying with young kids. Hard floors are not clean. Flip flops to walk inside the room is a must.

The staff at the desk in the evening were very friendly and polite. The mattress was comfortable.

There were a lot of ants in the bathroom crawling from under the carpet in the entry onto the floor. There were a lot of empty rooms in the back of the hotel yet they placed a family with young children right next to our room, noisy. We were travelling east so not the easiest to get to from main highway……….

The property was easy to find and was located minutes from the next days venue. It was very clean and the breakfast was adequate for our needs.

The property could use more sound insulation. We could hear a child across the hall in their room screaming and crying.

The renovations in tbe room were great. Furniture and bathroom counter, sink, shower. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Breakfast area was in great shape.

The blinds need replacing to be room-darkening, for the room rate. As well, High Def on the TV would really be icing on the cake for quality. Stretched standard def is a let down, but good to have premium vhannels.

Very clean and good location close to a highway

The AC was noisy, the walls and door had no sound insulation and the room we got was close to an exit door which was very noisy most of the night and it was disrupting our sleep. Just avoid similar rooms.
