I liked the breakfast that was provided and the ground level parking right at the sliding door to the room. There were many places locally to choose to eat at. During the day it was very quiet.

I should of wore ear plugs to bed as I got woken up non stop in the morning as early as 5:45 am by other guests letting their doors slam when exiting. The cable TV was nothing but commercials. A smart TV in each room that has Netflix or something instead would be much preferred. (Or guests can log into their own accounts)

Communication: very accomodating and quick to respond via email. Parking: ample and easy to maneuver a larger vehicle such as a pick up truck. Noticed that tractor trailers were able to easily park along the south side of the hotel. My room was clean and comfortable. Even more so than a high end hotel I recently stayed at while on business.

location: if approaching from the north, it was easy to access. If approaching from the south its frustrating for someone that doesn't know the area. This is beyond the hotels control, so not their fault.

The Comfort Inn was quaint, quiet and very nice. The location was quite close to family we were visiting. The hotel was very clean and the room was comfortable and we loved the King size bed. The buffet breakfast was very good with lots to choose from. Coffee was delicious. Staff was very friendly and courteous.

The air conditioning worked very well but was a bit loud. It bothered my husband more than me.

renovated suites have everything you need and are very clean. Amazing shower and super comfy beds. Breakfast was also great.

AC is a bit noisy. Is the only thing that might need to be upgraded at suites, but I had read about it beforehand, and it was not a big deal. Also I missed having bananas at breakfast. Its a small detail, but would be great to add this :).

Everything was very clean. Good selection for breakfast. Went to the restaurant across the street, which was awesome. Price was good. Staff got us checked in quickly. I would stay here again.

Just wish the plug behind the TV was closer to the mirror in the main area for a hair dryer and such. Can't use the hair dryer in the bathroom if someone else is in the shower and you are trying to get out the door in the morning.

No shampoo. Both dispensers in the bathtub had conditioner in them. Also no body wash in the bathtub. Was available on the wall next to the sink but inaccessible from the tub. No butter for toast; only margerine. Yuch!

Loved that’s it’s close to the highway. We were there for 3 nights for Provincial Gymnastics Championships which were held in AMHERSTBURG at the Libro Centre. Convenience and location was a big factor in my choosing this specific Comfort Inn

We enjoy staying at The Comfort Inn chain as everything from check-in to check-out is seamless. We were greeted with smiles and room is just what we needed for a relaxing stay. Plenty of choices for dinner in the area and plenty of towels, coffee etc. Very convenient location close to the border crossing. Will stay again.

The property was easy to find and was located minutes from the next days venue. It was very clean and the breakfast was adequate for our needs.

The property could use more sound insulation. We could hear a child across the hall in their room screaming and crying.

Friendly staff, good breakfast, comfortable beds, daily housekeeping, good service, convenient location

Rooms are very small. There’s no much walking space around the beds and furniture. It’s too tight if staying with young kids. Hard floors are not clean. Flip flops to walk inside the room is a must.
