Friendly welcome, very clean reception/bar area. All staff were polite, and helpful. Room was very clean, well appointed, fresh modern style. Tea & coffee & kettle in room. Swimming pool was excellent, we were the only swimmers on the two occasions we went down to it. Super clean changing room with walk in shower. Towels were provided. Very quiet room, hotel a short easy drive to the castle & town centre. Huge hypermarket just across the road, Macdonalds adjacent to hotel, and other shops including petrol station. Two other restaurants close by. We weren't asked to pay a deposit on arrival, but paid room on arrival. We had nice drinks at the bar, but didn't eat at the hotel. It was a perfect stopover on our journey to Brittany.

It was good to have secure parking at the hotel. The swimming pool was an extra bonus

We had two rooms, both of which looked out to the back of the hotel. The view wasn't remarkable but was made worse by an outdoor storage area where three mattresses were stored, as well as crates of used bottles etc...not a brilliant view. Breakfast choices were very limited with only scrambled egg and streaky bacon. Mostly concerned with sweet cakes and pastry..

The hotel was very clean, functional and comfortable. There was an attractive swimming pool although we didn't get round to using it. Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast excellent. There were two good restaurants 2 minutes walk away. The hotel is a pleasant 25 minute walk into Fougere which we found quite doable. For us the onsite EV chargers (8?) were a huge bonus. The hotel gave us an activation card for the duration of our stay and we were the only users we saw. As far as we can tell at the moment we were not charged! I also liked other aspects of the hotel's attitude to sustainability: no plastic at breakfast (even the yoghurts were cardboard and foil), large reusable shower gel/soap/shampoo dispensers and solar panels on the roof. It was an enjoyable first stay on our holiday tour.

There was some road noise in the morning if the window was open but this was a minor issue.

Friendly staff. Nice room. Very quiet (which is important to me). Didn't eat there so can't comment on the food offering. Fougeres is an unexpectedly nice town.

The only thing they could improve is the tea and coffee tray offering in the room. Only 2 sachets of coffee and 2 of sugar. The 2 sachets of "tea" contained Green Mint tea and there was no milk. Other than that very small complaint, it was great.

The hotel was lovely, we were upgraded to a top floor suite , the room was amazing, clean comfortable and all first class. And after two weeks of camping and motorcycle travel through france the bed was incredible - so comfortable. I had never heard of this chain but will certainly use them again

We stayed here 2 years ago but it has been extended since then and the swimming pool added. Lovely room with comfortable bed. The shower was no longer slippery which was the issue we had on our last stay. Andrea on reception was extremely helpful at all times. The town of Fougeres and castle are well worth a visit. The breakfast was excellent.

Spacious, comfortable room. Excellent breakfast with lots of choice. Very good staff. Good parking. Good restaurant close by, La Taverna.

Would be nice to have proper mugs, tea and milk in the room. Would also benefit from on site restaurant as it’s a 20 min walk to the town, and in the somewhat rainy weather we had, our dining choices were limited.

The staff have always been consistently friendly, cheerful, accommodating and helpful. The hotel, specially the new wing is very well appointed, with a very relaxing heated indoor pool. Looking forward to my next visit to this beautiful part of Bretagne and my next stay at Brit Hotel and Piscine. My home away from home. Thamk you

That I couldnt stay long enough.

I really liked the hotel. It is conviniently placed, not very far from the castle, near supermarkets. The staff was very friendly and helpfull. Room was clean and nice. And there was a free, private parking by the hotel. Very good breakfast, even if you are not French you could find something good to eat. High quality products were served for breakfast.

First morning there was a bit broken coffee/tea machine at breakfast but it was fixed next day. Besides if you asked a staff member they helped you with it.

Hotel was spotlessly clean. Pool was clean and relaxing. Lovely restaurant 2 minutes walk away. Staff were helpful. Choice of filtered water available for free. Parking easy!

Our air conditioning wouldn’t change temperature but they were able to change it for us at reception.
