We travelled from Roscoff, so picked it as a good spot for visiting Mont St. Michel, Dinan. Fougeres etc and as it had a pool for the kids. The weather was unusually hot for this area so the pool was a lifesaver. Julien was a lovely host, very easy. We've stayed in places before where you couldn't relax but we were able to use the pool during the day and evening and we were given lots of privacy. The breakfast room has a small fridge, microwave and tea/coffee facilities which we were able to use. Oh, and the breakfast...fresh bread, croissants, home made yoghurt & preserves/jam and homemade crepes on our last morning - delicious!

Excellent breakfast with home made preserves and yoghurt, fresh breads and croissants. The breakfast area also offers the possibility to make tea plus boardgames are present to be played. The swimming pool is great.

Some cooking/eating utensils since a supermarket and restaurants are not around the corner.

This was a chambre d'hote. (Not obvious from Booking.com's description.) We love the country, we like "original" and La Roche ticked these boxes. Room spacious, bed comfortable, superb breakfast with fresh bread, brioche home made preserves. Friendly welcome from hosts. Tea/coffee making etc facilities in a communal area although we didn't take advantage of this.

Directions to the property could be clearer. Thank goodness for Google maps. It appeared that other guests had been able to book an evening meal. We would have done so too if we had been aware of the possibility.

Beautiful quiet location, not far from la régalante bike route. Very kind helpful host. Fridge and microwave available. Lovely french breakfast included

Julien was a warm and friendly host. We loved the pool and the generously sized bedroom. It’s in a beautiful area of the country, surrounded by trees, cornfields and quaint villages. Highly recommend!

Very clean and the host was extremely helpful a good breakfast and good advice on where to get an evening meal in the local village also helped with my poor French as he spoke very good English

This a lovely place to stay. The room was perfect. The location was beautiful. Our hosts were extremely friendly and happy to help with anything. Breakfast was lovely with lots of fresh homemade preserves. All this and a pool! We will be back.

A superb location and Julian and Marie Anne were so helpful. It is a charming tranquil place. Perfect to relax. The breakfast with home made jams and Pancakes was lovely.
