1. Central Florida location arrived w rental car from Int’l Airport - so, as well as enjoy the nearby 50th annual Sun ‘n Fun aviation show at KLAL, was easy to get to I-4 to invest a day at KSC on east coast and another day leisurely explore sunshine coast down to Passe a Grille, soak up sun & swim in the Gulf, as well as dine at The Hangar restaurant at KSPG before a sightseeing flight courtesy of a friend. Weedon Wildlife Nature Preserve SW of Tampa warrants a 1/2 day. 2. Setting. Relaxing. Cottages have treed lawn / lake view- many types of birds & ducks this time of year; a maintained dock from which to observe the sun- & catfish and more, also turtles and alligators. 3. Amenities- grateful for the pool for end of day swim; air conditioned cottage with wifi had everything I required; used fridge/stove/microwave, coffee filters. Host happily helped with routes to destinations and suggested a nearby family grocery market & takeout to which I returned a few times! Host family asked daily how the stay was going, if I had any needs or questions and responded!

Maybe floors cleaner. Could’ve used kitchen scissors a few times- yes, knife was alternative.

Location not far from city. Close enough to legoland. Near lake Place has all amenities like TV, kitchen, shower. Two beds. All kitchenware. Have pool but could not confirm that it clean enough to swim.

Cleanliness is just average at best. Sheets look clean but so many places looks dirty. Outside it is even worse. Communication is pretty basic. Didn't get answer online and onsite was basic. Didn't provided wifi or other generic info.

Perfect location for us to attend a memorial service in Winter Haven. Big spacious bungalow, reminded us of fish camps in the Keys. Very vintage old Florida which we like. Easy check in with nice owners, pretty dock on the lake, had everything you would need for a comfortable nights stay. If you are looking for luxury this isn’t it but if you want clean bed, small kitchen and clean bathrooms for a great rate I recommend staying here.

Construction on the highway made turning left almost impossible. But we had no issues with the property itself.

The property offered separate cabins with a small kitchen and living area, bedroom, and full bath. There was private parking at each cabin.

Nothing. The owners were friendly and maintain the property.

Nice affordable option near Legoland. Staff was very friendly and the area was safe and quiet. The bedding and the bathrooms were very clean, but there was an empty water bottle on the kitchen counter and a lot of crumbs on the dining table. Not the end of the world. We enjoyed our stay, my son especially liked the kitty that lives there in the park.

Broken light in bed room safety hazard the top of refrigerator was very dirty as was the range hoof over the range. Tv was only able to be viewed in the bed room not the living lounge.

The view was amazing staff friendly

Dirty dishes with mold but I threw them out and told the office and was given other with apologies

Super quiet location, don’t get disturbed by the sounds of traffic, exceptional lake view from the rooms! Has a great dock you can walk down and fish off of even!

The entrance isn’t lit very well and sorta concealed, it’s a little difficult to find at first, but very worth it when you get there!

Always clean and comfortable. Not fancy by any means but comfy and centrally located for our visit.

All went well, no negatives to report.
