Close to my parents. Close easy walk to Slim Chickens. Clean room. Excellent soaps and shampoo that is color safe. Good breakfast.

Construction on the roof. We were on the 4th floor. Could hear thump then scrape noises during the daytime. Was not a problem at night. Booked Thursday to Sunday. Came back on Saturday and our keys did not work. They only service the room to take out the trash and replace the towels every third day of your stay. Came back after being gone on the third day and they still had not done our room, and there were no housekeeping carts still on our floor. I called to request—and when we came back later, it had been done.

The entire room. It had a king size bed, a pull out sofa bed. Mini fridge and microwave. Plenty of counter space and storage area. Everything was comfortable. Tub size wasn't to small, we had plenty of room to move about.. My family enjoyed the stay. We'll be back here for sure.

Even though breakfast is free, I do wish there were 2 different meats offered instead of just the one. Not everyone eats sausage and/or bacon.

The way that give the cleaning service. When I check in they didn’t tell me anything about how it works. In the stays with other hotels they give the cleaning service no matter what. Here I suppose to request. I have a long day on Disney and came back with the beads un make and the bathroom trash as we left was awful. The desk service Apologized and I understand how it works now but for the next time is good to let us know. Then the last day I saw that the service information was in a corner in the bathroom mirror but is ok.

Breakfast was good, they have a mini 4 waffle maker and 2 choices of the mix, I chose the pumpkin spice which was super good. The room was great, I kind of wish it had more lighting, but it wasn't a deal breaker, fast WIFI, great staff, good location. This time I had a huge bathroom/shower which was nice. Ill def be back.

The bed in the room was broken and it made loud noises, but it was comfortable...other than that, everything was great,

I liked that it's easy access. The staff from the greetings from check in was outstanding. I traveled and was tired.check in time was around 3pm. The front desk had a room available and I received a early check in. Breakfast bar was really good with an array of choices. Thanks to the housekeeper that helped me with my key card.

I disliked nothing.

The room I had this time had a larger bathroom (thank you lol), also the shampoo and conditioner made my hair feel amazing, pressure was great, bed was super comfortable. Experienced the breakfast, eggs and the biscuit & gravy was great. I am definitely a fan of the coffee and I like its available all the time. Front desk team was nice and accommodating. I will definitely be back. Thanks for another great stay!

I loved the pastoral view out of our window. It was such a nice change from the concrete views of Orlando and the freeways. I also appreciated the very friendly and helpful staff, the good breakfast with many choices, and the easy access to the ice maker and the entrance. I didn't know if Lake Wales was far enough away from Disneyland to be more rural and natural, and it was.

Desk chair was a little wobbly in our room, but not a big problem for us.

We stayed with them because of hurricane Ian. The staff was exceptional handling so many people under extreme circumstances. They took wonderful care of us and breakfast was excellent which was surprising because everywhere was closed and getting supplies and staff onsite challenging. There was one staff member that went out of her way to check on my father a couple times. I also saw her checking on other guests and going out of her way to help a family that didn't speak english. We were very grateful for the friendliness and professionalism of this hotel staff.

The breakfast had variety and was substantial. Staff were available to maintain the breakfast items. Clients were assisted when necessary with waffle machines or when coffee and juice dispensers needed refill.

Room was super comfortable, loved the bed and the large mirror, i actually like the coffee maker in the room too. I would defiantly stay here again.

the toilet leaked unfortunately, I'm glad i caught it before it flooded the room, this was not deal breaker or changed anything during my stay, I understand this stuff happens.
