The house keeping team and dining room staff are over and above. Tyler and a few front desk staff are over and above expectation. Everything else in the room and the accommodation was over and above expectation. Thank you

One particular front desk staff, Iris, needs to work on her communication skills. She can be nice nasty. Not good for someone at the front desk as a greeter. I don't want her to loose her position, maybe counsel her regarding her communication with others.

Breakfast was a step above other hotels I’ve stayed with. Many healthy options as well as comfort foods. Warm and cold options too. The PM social buffet was an unexpected surprise. Just enough of a buffet for me at night so I saved on eating out. Plenty of parking and amazing rooms. I loved the refillable lotion, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. No waste!!!

The neighboring room had the TV on until I called the front desk at 3 AM.

Everything new and clean.

Everything was great except that I traveled with my handicap mother and there were no safety bars in the bathroom or shower. Before I booked the reservation, I called to make sure they had bathrooms that were equipped and I was assured they had several rooms equipped. And that wasn’t the case. Needless to say, I couldn’t bath her for two days as the showers have a slippery floor. Overall great hotel except for that hiccup.

Everything! Such a nice property. The room was amazing, it’s Huge, the kitchenette was perfect and had everything we needed. Was not expecting how wonderful it was. Pool was great! We basically had it to ourselves the whole time. Presently suprised by the social hour in the lobby. Complimentary food and beverages. 10/10!

There wasn’t anything I didn’t like

A great new hotel in central location, we were met by friendly helpful staff, the hotel was in the downtown area great for Legoland and close by many places to eat. The breakfast was great they had metal cutlery and china plates to eat off, selection was good, food fresh and staff helpful

4pm check in I guess if your traveling around the state it can be a little late for some?

Location excellent for our purposes. Great walkability. Great staff. Lots of athletes there for tournaments. We anticipated with that many teens, there was going to be a bit of noise, but we were wrong! More importantly, we were so impressed with the young people we encountered…friendly, respectful, polite, well-mannered…

No complaints whatsoever.

The facility is new and clean which made us feel comfortable. Kitchen has nice size fridge, cookware and tableware. Room is spacious. This is our second time staying at this hotel and would go back again.

Breakfast was free so I can’t complain but they were not good. Most of the food provided was probably made with cheap ingredients so we didn’t eat much.

I had never stayed at a Staybridge suites hotel before and was positively impressed. The room was great, clean, comfortable, nice decoration, well equipped kitchen, the staff was very friendly, breakfast had several options to choose from. There was water, coffee and ice all day long and free laundry. Will be recommending and staying there again.

Shower glass did not reach long enough to keep water from exiting room. Only one entrance door not located near parking lot. Parking lot will fill up quickly causing a longer walk to get inside building.

Breakfast was great !! I felt super clean in the room and my furry friend's were with us too !!

Some of the staff a bit rude, but definetly would stay again !! Mostly the night staff not the day one !! Parking was a little nuts but we did go during the time people were evacuating Tampa so could have influenced.
