The location was perfect. Across the street from Lake Kissimmee State Park. We stayed 2 nights. The room at the lodge was very comfortable. Unfortunately the onsite restaurant and bar were CLOSED on Monday and Tuesday. Unfortunately there's nothing on the website that says they're closed.

A totally different atmosphere and it was not much over an hrs to get to the coast either direction and the people and staff was friendly it was a safe environment

I didn't like the fact a person can't just buy a fishing license at a bait shop or somewhere. I tried doing it online and it wouldn't except my e mail address and I would of loved to went fishing. Thot That I was getting a cabin ended up in a room my luck cable went out the last nite 😂 no cooking in the room just microwave

The location of Camp Mack was exactly what I was looking for. The perfect reprieve from Miami's hectic scene. I wanted to be surrounded by nature, and I was. The staff was very friendly. The room spacious and clean. I loved the rural atmosphere.

What is there not to like about Camp Mack??

We are very satisfied with our stay. The room was super clean. Even though the reception was already closed when we arrived, we were super informed about which room was for us and where to find the key (key box). Pool was clean and of sufficient size. Furthermore, several possibilities to do something from the location. Have been to Vero Beach ourselves (1.5 hours). The restaurant/sports bar is cozy and serves good food.

A little bit remote.

Visiting Camp Mack exceded all our expectations. The Den we stayed in accommodated our whole family and had everything we needed to enjoy our time. If you are looking for a peaceful getaway this is it!

Poor reception on TV. WI-FI available only in room.No breakfast. Restaurant 20 minutes away and very busy.

The entire atmosphere. Nice eclectic mix of old and new. Very secluded. Bar and food on site. The rooms are spacious clean and large.

The seclusion is a double edged sword. The nearest other activities are like 16 miles or more away.

I didn't like the fact that you paid to stay at the resort and still have to pay to use the boat ramp! There was an employee in the store and wasn't that friendly at all when we were asking her questions. Other than that, everything was great!

Breakfast isn't included it's kind of remote, plan to bring snacks and easy eats. Microwave and fridge in lodge rooms, picnic table and grill on site for convenience.

Not knowing what to expect, we were pleasantly surprised.

It was amazing; so peaceful and beautiful. The people were unbelievably nice.

Everything, no complaints.
