Donna at the front desk was the absolute BEST!! We called because were were going to be delayed in arriving and she was fabulous. She was still on the duty when we arrived and service couldnt have been any better. I have been in the Customer Service industry for over for over 47 years and I must say in an industry where Customer Service is almost nonexistant anymore, Donna provided absolutely top notch Customer Service. I hope this comment gets to management and that Donna is praised/compensated accordingly.

Staff and location. Enrique was exceptional from handling a less than perfect situation for my son's birthday to making it the perfect one. After 35 years in hospitality myself, it's easy to spot someone who has a sincere and genuine interest in his guests and their satisfaction.

Amenities needed attention.(Pool) Breakfast was served until 9, but no fresh hot food was brought out from 8am on. 86 bacon eggs were stuck to the pan, and potatoes were cold. It was easy to tell the steam table.had run low on water. Again, being from the industry myself, I have high expectations, but it being my son's bday, it added an extra sense of urgency for me to see him smile. This was our 2nd stay here in 6 weeks from South FL at my son's request as he loved it so much the 1st time. I can not stress enough how professionally swiftly and sincerely Enrigue and his team acted to rectify everything that was brought to his attention.

The Breakfast was really nice. One morning they had circular eggs with cheese in them, the next just scrambled. They Had Sausage and lots of bacon to tong onto your plate!! They had a pancake maker and even had sausage biscuits and gravy.

I didn't like the pool not being indoors. I didn't like the smoke tower you put your cigarettes out in was right next to the door when you walk in. This Is a top rated family friendly hotel and there are kids going by to the entrance and your smoking right there? Aren't you embarassed?

We were in Winter Haven to go to Legoland. We couldn't have been closer unless we stayed at the much more expensive onsite resort! It took us less than 5 minutes to get there. We were looking for a good value, nice rooms, and free breakfast. We got all of that and the bonus of friendly staff!

We checked in early so we didn't have to leave our belongings in the hot car and had to pay a $30 fee, which was a little annoying since we literally dropped our bags and left until after check in time.

The location was great, just minutes from Legoland. Room was comfortable and clean. Staff was nice and the check in process was a breeze; one of the easiest I've experienced.

The only thing was the shower leaked. From outside the shower, at the bottom of the stall in the corner, water was leaking out and there was quite a puddle of water. From inside the shower it was dirty and I just thought they hadn't cleaned well but that is where the water was leaking out of on the other side.

Staff was friendly and cordial upon arriving.The room accommodated my party well and was clean and modern. We had ample space for everyone. Ordering food to have delivered was easy and we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The children enjoyed the pool and the breakfast was top notch. There were lots of options and the pancake machine was fun to watch. I would recommend and return to this Inn.

A fire alarm went off in the middle of the night and there was no explanation or apology. Some customers were in bed and woke up standing in the hallway confused about what was happening.

Nice clean, relatively new and modern hotel. Room was spacious enough. Area was quiet. We had connecting door room first and that let sound from neighbor in disturbingly well, but we were changed to non-door room and that removed that issue. Location is very good. There are some restaurants in walking distance. Uber to LEGOLAND is 6-7 dollars so less than parking in the park and hotel parking is free.

Breakfast: only open until 9am which causes rush by 8.30 and kitchen books not keep up. We only tried once as it was miserable: Three warm foods: fried eggs, bacon and fried potatoes. Well they ran out of bacon completely. 8.30a onwards there was none. Eggs came 5 pcs at the time and reminded more coasters than eggs. Potatoes they had some. Even water ran out from water dispenser… Coffee machine broke, but coffee tanks at least worked as a backup. So do not count on breakfast. Also hotel prices in area are very high, I would expect little more luxurious experience for the money. This is just basic 3 starts for the price of 4 (but that is all hotels I have seen in LEGOLAND area, including resort)

Beautiful new facility and everything smelled new and clean. The staff were generally very friendly and helpful. Lots of brand new items (iron and hair dryer in nice pouches) in the room. Spacious property and ample parking. Nice touch with a personalised greeting awaiting on the room TV.

It may have been my oversight on reading, but I found the breakfast to be a little disappointing. It said “Hot breakfast” and I was expecting more of a buffet type of breakfast I am used to seeing where “hot breakfast” is advertised. The breakfast had a good selection of items, but everything was store bought and processed, with little to no healthy options and not much fruit selection at all. The man receiving us at check in was a little sultry and odd, and needed prompting for information, which is why I gave the staff rating less than a nice smile.

Breakfast and the area for eating it was very nice but the food offerings were pretty much the same every day. We stayed 4 nights so breakfast got less appealing as the days went on. Sorry, this is where I'm supposed to tell you what I liked. Suggestions might be to have pastries instead of those little store-bought muffins. You need a microwave for cooking the oatmeal. The hot water is not enough. The fresh fruit should include bananas. The building is beautiful, the parking lot too. You have a nice property.

We had a room with a kitchen. However there were no dishes, glasses, mugs, silverware, can or bottle opener, pot, pan, spatula, etc. But we had a dishwasher! Paper towels and potholders would be nice too. I was told at the desk that you have a hot plate for the kitchen, but we never got one. We did get dishes on our third day. We had to buy plastic knives forks and spoons at the supermarket. There was a round table in the corner with no light by it. The two chairs at that table were too low. When you sit on them the table is at your shoulders. People who will pay for a room with a kitchen will expect to get the "kitchen things".

Location is perfect for our Legoland trip. Staffs are very nice & approachable. Room is clean. They change out your towels and trashes everyday if you wish to. Breakfast is okay.

Housekeeping will tidy up your bed, change your towels and trash but they don’t clean the floors. Breakfast is okay however spicy stuffs should be labeled and shouldn’t be served in the morning.
