The hotel was very clean and the room was very comfortable. The hotel is also very well located, near the main road, which makes it ideal for people traveling to the nearby locations. The breakfast was good and the car parking quite amazing, very easy to find and park.

The only thing I can point out was the fact that on checkout I asked for an invoice, as this was a business travel, and the lovely lady said it cannot give me an invoice, as I had made the reservation through Booking. It was the first time this happened to me, but in the end everything got sorted out and I got the invoice. If you are traveling on business, make sure to ask for an invoice early on.

The breakfast was very good and Jarrett, who set everything up did a very great job. Very friendly and always made sure everything was clean and neat. What I also liked about the hotel was your very friendly receptionist when you walk in her name is Keyosha. Always gave a friendly hello when I walked in and always asked if everything was OK and if there was anything I needed to let her know. For those two reasons, I would definitely come back and also recommend the hotel to all my friends. Also, the rooms were very clean. The bed was so comfortable. The air conditioner worked great and you had all the amenities that you need when staying at a hotel.

There was not anything I can think of that I did not like.

I stay here bc it's close to my sons University. They are always accommodating to our late arrival. Flying in from Cali usual puts at the hotel midnight or after. This visit my daughter was sick on the day of check out. When I called for later check out, it was no problem. I have stayed here 6 or more times. Sometimes I have to get 2 rooms bc entire family is with....every time the place/rooms are clean, staff is very friendly, and breakfast is filling.

The facility was very clean, their breakfast has something for every taste. Staff friendly.

When asked for a handicap room because regular room beds were to high the handicap bathroom had a tub instead of a walking shower which made it difficult for my husband to get in it, he had to bathe with a hand towel sitting in the toilet. The staff told me next time ask for a walk in shower, but if is handicap shouldn't como with a handicap shower. That was our only issue other than that every thing was ok

The area is Great next to strip mall with plenty of businesses. The hotel is spotless. Everything was just perfect. And the front staff have excellent customer service. Always someone at the front desk. And the coffee and breakfast was delicious. Best hotel I’ve been in awhile.

The location and the relaxing atmosphere

The room service was not so intensive. They only do the bed, take the trash and change towels. Nothing else. And we stayed there for a week.

The location was great! Bok tower was our reason for stay and we added in Mt Dora, which eas over an hour away but unplanned. Our favorite restuarants wete Buffet City and Floridino’s Italian.the room was clean and the queen beds were very comfortable. The staff were very polite and friendly.

The shower curtain was worthless..

Everything was great. The staff was very friendly and nice . We stayed here to go to LegoLand (which was only about 15 minutes away). Very kid friendly, we traveled with our 5 year old and 2 year old and we had no issues whatsoever. The room was cleaned every time we came back from our long day at the park and we truly appreciated it . We do plan to come back here in the near future.

Check-in with Tracy was quick. Later, when we asked her for a good place to eat dinner, she recommended the Sizzling Griĺl which was excellent. The room was a nice size and the lighting was good. The accessible bathroom was large, and the bed was very comfortable as were the pillows. The breakfast had a nice selection, and there was plenty of seats for everyone. There was also plenty of parking places.

It was very clean and nice. Bed was comfortable. Very spacious.

It was expensive for being far away from everything. Holiday Inns in Orlando and Tampa were more affordable than this location.
