Love the staff and the room and the bathroom was in excellent condition. Great job

I didn't like the noise of other neighbors was making during the night into the morning.. I also didn't like part where it sounded like people were falling on the stairs & falling downstairs that will make a person kinda paranoid on what's going around them.

The bed was very comfortable and the room was a nice size. The bathroom was good size and shower was nice and hot.

There is road construction making it a little difficult to access. But it seems all of Texas is under road construction. Beware.

The manager Kamilla did great at taking care of us and make sure we had everything we needed.

I liked the rooms, they look newer. The hotel itself looks very old and dirty. But the rooms were nice.

The staff was a bit rude and careless, we got there at 3:00 and our bed was still not made. We asked for them and they brought them around 5:30

I didn't have breakfast. Very clean hospitality was great. Eventhough I had a reservation they apparently were overbooked and I got the last room.

No tissue in the bathroom at all.

Being close to the highway, it leaves few options to enter because of the heavy traffic and construction

The room was very clean and a great location.

I had booked a disability room, but when we arrived, we were put in a room on the 2nd floor all the way down on the end. It required a lot of walking which is difficult for me to do.

The employees were very helpful I moved down here and they were always there to help me with all my needs

I didn't get a chance to eat the breakfast. But the breakfast area did look nice.

I had to wait for a room to be cleaned, cuz they over booked. But they got me in.

I asked for a handy Capped room when I made the reservation. But upon arriving they gave me room 203. It was next to the last room on the 2nd floor .
