I love the location. it was close to interstate 20, lots of fast food restaurants around, and even a Walmart. the ladies at work there are exceptional. they are very nice kind and sweet. one even made a fresh pot of coffee just for me. they always speak to you when you're coming and going and ask how your day was. whenever we need a towels they were there to help. very nice people I will always book my place when I go to Midland.

there is nothing that I didn't like.

Tanja at the front desk is inviting, helpful, professional and very nice. Beds were super comfortable. Trinity was also helpful when I had forgot my cup in the refrigerator and my key had timed of out at 10:45am. She took me to the room with a master key so I could retrieve the cup.

Shower in 213 ran in a steady flow when bathtub water running, getting all over the place and making a huge mess. There were hairs from the previous guests all over the tub, I’m sure the housekeeper is limited on being able to clean the tub unless she wants to work the rest of her shift soaked from head to toe. The water was dripping all over the toilet, floor, some drops even made it to the sink. Only issue I had during my stay.

The staff was excellent! So personable and friendly. Felt like we knew Lucinda! Our second time to Midland and after our first stay last year at My Place, we choose it again this year and glad we did. The beds are comfortable and the entire place is clean and fresh! We plan to stay here every time we visit Midland. The location is great and the rooms were exceptional clean. Wish more hotels were like My Place!

Last year the room included dishes and eating utensils; but apparently not anymore and we missed that. However, this took nothing away from the stay. We still enjoyed it. Safes in the rooms would also be a huge and great plus.

Love the front desk staff they are very friendly and welcoming. The rooms are nice as well.

The 1st room we stayed in wasn't cleaned as well as it should have been there was a bread tie and some little bits under the edge of the counter. Other then that it's an excellent place to stay. And missing something could happen to anyone.

We got stranded on the side of the road when our UHaul broke down. We were tired, frazzled, and had our dogs with us. The staff were AMAZING and welcomed us with empathy on a very difficult day. We were so grateful to have a port in a storm. Check-in was easy and the room was clean and comfortable. Bonus: pet friendly!

Room only made up once during 8 night stay. No toiletries provided. They hold more than the cost of your reservation on your credit card and refund it 10 days after your stay ends, despite already paying for the accommodation up front.

The location was in walking distance to various places to eat and shop; close to the interstate; Loved walking in the hotel to be greeted by a smiling face at the reception desk and a fresh, clean smell throughout the entire hotel (entrance, rooms and the elevators) and not just on the first day - the ENTIRE time! Extremely clean and everyone was friendly and helpful at all times. Check-in was quick and professionally handled. Room was very spacious, bed was very comfortable, shower was just the right temperature and cleanliness was number one for this hotel. All was well and would most definitely recommend. Must brag on the large kitchen size refrigerator, plenty of kitchen space, including a microwave and lots of drawer and cabinet space. OVERALL, MY PLACE, GETS AN AWESOME YES, WILL VISIT AGAIN FROM US! THANK YOU, MY PLACE!

No safe in the room; front entrance could probably have an access door with card entry after hours (at night) even though we did not see any type of threat or uneasiness while we visited. Just thinking about today's time in this world.

Comfortable room. Cleaner than most in Midland. Friendly staff. Good overall value.

Don't clean the room daily, or even every other day. Lights in the room are WAY too bright. The breakfast is a joke.

My first time hearing about this hotel brand but I went with it because it was very affordable and close to the highway along my route. They had large parking spaces for my truck and I was very happy about that. The outside areas were clean and no trash was anywhere to be seen. The stairways were very clean and carpeted, the building was well ventilated with ac. The overall facility and common areas were very clean and presentable. When I got to the room it was IMMACULATE! the room was soooo clean and fresh, the little office area was great, the lazy boy couch was good, the bathroom faucet looked like it was just installed and very shiny like you would expect in Buckingham palace. I'm not exaggerating. The bathroom was spotless and the towels were in a wall mounted wooden rack which was very neat and appealing. The kitchenette (which was totally unexpected for the price) had a little stove, a full size fridge, mounted microwave, toaster, coffee maker, cupboards and the whole works! I will definitely be looking for this brand of hotel to stay whenever I'm traveling again.

Location is great it is close to Walmart so that is always a good thing. There are quite a few breakfast options. The whole staff is friendly and helpful. Alicia the Gm is the best! Tangula makes sure all her guests are taken care of and Ken was very welcoming!
