Our Stay Was Fantastic!!! We Had Already Booked A Room, At Another Hotel, But After Reading Their Reviews (TERRIBLE) We Cancelled! Found Very Favorable Reviews For Baymont And Drove To Take A Look! As We Pulled Into The Parking Lot, A Young Mother Was Loading Her Car T Leave. My Wife Asked Her About Her Stay Here? She Told Us That She Had Tried Several Other Hotels Over The Last Year And Had NEVER SPENT A SECOND NIGHT IN ANY OF THEM!! HOWEVER, THIS WAS HER 4th STAY HERE AND SHE WOULD NEVER STAY ANYWHERE ELSE!!! WE CHECKED IN AND FULLY AGREE WITH THE YOUNG MOTHER- “WE WILL NEVER STAY ANYWHERE ELSE”!!!!!!

The staff are outstanding. The complimentary breakfast is one of the best experiences I have had at overnight lodging. The atmosphere is comfortable and welcoming. I had stayed the previous month for 5 days and had a pleasant stay at that time.

When I was booking the rate was $71 and by the time I got to the pay section it was $111 which really bothered me. But overall good stay. The complimentary citrus water was a welcome sight upon arrival but was a little overripe. Bathrooms are on the verge of being old with some growth around the shower edges. There was a water leak stain in the ceiling over the bed which was a little concerning not knowing if the leak had been from the roof or the room above at one time.

It is nice that most days housekeeping made up the room. Pretty quiet. Nice staff. Good location for restaurants.

The breakfast is getting not very good. Waffle batter was not checked on as were the muffins. Need better variety of breakfast choices like cereal and donuts. First day there, no Internet in the room. The water in the sink smells badly.

On the 4th day, someone broke the third floor elevator button. We had to walk down. Needs to be fixed especially for us older folks. Didn't receive housekeeping that day. The door lock on the back door by the elevator has not worked in years. Inconvenient.

Room was nice and spacious. Bed was comfortable. Nice and quiet during the evening hours. Hotel and room were clean and inviting. They offered a breakfast bar but we decided to sleep in. Good value for a stay overnight.

Elevator button on 3rd floor was broken. Needed to walk down to 2nd floor or call desk to catch the elevator going down. Not a deal breaker but a small bummer. It's a bit off I-20, but easy to find.

Clean, looked like a good area, and comfy.

Breakfast ends at 9. However, get there before 8 if you want anything good. Me and another lady went down around 8:20 and they were out of waffle batter and biscuits. When we let the staff know, they said they weren't making more even though breakfast didn't end until 9....

The front desk wasn’t answering when you call. Asked the lady how much it would cost to book another night and she said she can’t tell. I had to book online again. There’s not a lot front desk can do now a days it seems like. Breakfast is so so.

We had traveled for a graduation which was actually an hour away from the hotel, so we got back very late and got up a little late, as well. Breakfast ends at 9, but we were heading down at that time. They kept it open just a bit longer for us to be able to get a bite to eat before leaving. It was very sweet of them!

The cleanliness of the room was good, but could have been a bit better. We found a used tube of toothpaste by the sink, crumbs around the desk, and a couple hairs on a pillow on the bed.

Room was clean and comfortable. Bed mattress was very comfortable. AC to quiet to cool room or change to preferred temperature. Nice to help a refrigerator and microwave included. Coffee provided in lobby was very good. Staff were very friendley and polite to include helpful.

The handicap shower was very slippery. I did a split when sitting in. I handicap chair needed adjustment. Rust in legs would not allow it to be fixed.

I was floored with how amazing this hotel was. I got in late because I had a horrible experience at a different hotel and was just looking for a place to stay the night with my husband and 3 kids. The moment I walked in, I was pleasantly surprised by how clean it smelled and looked! The room was immaculate and the staff was amazing! I honestly booked the room because it was cheap but I have stayed at pricier hotels that were run horribly by management. This management team and staff deserve so much praise for how amazing they do with the upkeep of this hotel!! I don't know if I will ever be in the Odessa area again but if I do, I will no doubt stay here again!
