This is a comfortable hotel near enough to the Sabiha airport. The room was spacious and clean and the bed was very comfortable for a night in between flight.

The "free" shuttle to and from the airport didn't work for me. I ended up taking taxis from and to the airport. Although the hotel compensated for the mix up with the shuttle from the airport to the hotel, in the morning their first shuttle is only available as of 8 am.

I really appreciated the Friendly Staff. The Hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and very near to the airport (SAW).

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was clean, everything was thoughtfully arranged, and the furniture was in great condition — clearly well maintained for guest comfort. A special thank you to the airport transfer driver — truly the best! So kind, helpful, and attentive. An absolute professional. The reception staff were also outstanding — always helpful, responsive, and ready to find solutions to any issue. Real professionals who care about their guests. Breakfast was varied and delicious, with plenty of options to choose from. Overall, the entire team was incredibly welcoming and hospitable. Thank you for the warm hospitality — we would definitely love to come back!

The hotel is beautiful and impressive. It is a high-end hotel and a great value at the same time. The driver picked us up at 9 PM, and we scheduled a message at 10 PM when we arrived. I usually get a massage once or twice a month. The massage I received there was one of the best I've ever had. We were only there overnight to catch a flight, but I would have stayed for three nights to get two more massages. That good!

At the SPA, you are given a robe, a towel, and slippers. I don't think the slippers are adequate for that area, as there is water all over the floor. I took a really hard fall, which peeled the skin on my elbow, and it is not causing me wrist pain. At the time, adrenaline carried me through the rest of the event...I can now feel the result of the fall. I regret not reporting it to the manager, although the lady who gave me my massage saw me fall and flipped out, thinking I was badly hurt. This is a shame since the rest of the experience was amazing. I recommend that you do not use the slippers they provide, which are better suited for the room than for a spa area. I am a strong and healthy 52-year-old male. Anyone not as healthy could have broken a hip.

Swimming Pool. spa available for free The main point to consider about this hotel is its location: convenient for Sabiha Gökçen Airport and they provide Free Shuttle, but a considerable distance from Taksim Square 45 km and they support for paid transportation if you need

I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and great value for money. A good hotel just 10 minutes from the airport. The rooms are very spacious and nicely designed. We had a delicious dinner (grilled fish and chicken). Excellent water pressure and reliable internet. Friendly staff and everything was very clean. Breakfast was not the best but fine (in comparison with other hotels in this area).

The biggest issue was the complete lack of soundproofing. I couldn't sleep from 5 a.m. due to noise coming from the hallway and neighboring rooms.

Fabulous big room with balcony, and a great bathroom with an amazing bath. Staff were friendly. They called a taxi for us as our flight was earlier than the shuttle bus start. The shuttle bus driver we got on arrival was excellent and full of useful information. There is a free spa with sauna, steam room, and hamam. A beautiful hotel.

There's very little not to like. The hotel is built for convenience to the airport rather than surrounding services. But even with that, there are places to eat, get drink etc within short walking distance.

Extremely good place. hotel in a great location. Staff although many was not able to converse in English tried their best to translate and provide the required information. Room services is an added value. Just minutes drive from Sabiha. Also the hotel provides a shuttle service with no cost. I highly appreciate the kind gesture of all the staff working in the hotel. Special thanks to the reception staff for honouring my request for a change of room as I wanted a smaller room when they provided the family room.

I like the place. This is my 2nd stay. I always make this hotel a transit point at landing and departure from Sabiha to comfort myself.

The hotel is nice, clean and good breakfast

The hotel communication is not very good. No one at the reception understands English. I tried calling four times before my check-in date to inquire about the shuttle but no one answered my call, I used the phone number provided by the hotel and sent the same information via message but no reply. When I checked in at the hotel I complained and the front desk told me they weren't answering the phone because no one understood English. This doesn't make sense. It’s unbelievable that such a big hotel can accept tourists.
