We liked the hotel room -- our suite was great and we had a wonderful view of the bay from our room and balcony. Really enjoyed watching all the ships and submarines coming from and going to the naval base. The breakfasts were awesome too -- plenty of choice and barista service. More great views of the sea from the restaurant.

The air-con in our room was a bit feeble but just about enough to keep us comfortable. The restaurant staff were helpful but overall the hotel staff could have been a bit more cheerful. The hotel wasn't situated in the best area, and we struggled to find good restaurants close by. Taxis were available but fairly steep at around 20 euros for a trip to the old town.

This hotel provides great service with. Genuine hospitality. Ouur balcony sea view was wonderful, the big TV was great for late night chill out time in the room...Breakfast was full of quality choices and served by a talented happy team . Loved the honey tray from the hive . The restaurant served great innovative food and Maneaulla was a very good waiter who really cares about guest's.. The pool is a delight and very well maintained..Hotel Delfino is romantic,stylish and high standard . It is why we dodge the Band B style that offers little in attentive servIce or being there when needed. Hotels have skills and hoitalty trained staff.

Liked this hotel, glad I booked here rather than in the old town... great welcome when we arrived and useful local info from the chap who checked us in. Hotel is just outside the main town however, not that far away if you walk in land to the new town or following the coast pathways to the old town. We used local scooters as we've used them before, they're easy to use and their separate bike paths to the town. Hotel is modern, few years old, but still good. Pool is nice and can visit local beaches by scooter or bus. Breakfast ok, however hot food and coffee sometimes cold. Room with sea view and balcony was lovely.

Nothing about the hotel. We did a castle tour and the man (Marine!) was rude and said i don't speak english so can you leave. !

Lovely pool, amazing breakfast with fresh fruits, juices and full on continental breakfast, mind blowing view from the rooms facing the ocean and Gabriella in the reception was absolutely fantastic and helped us with everything. The two women working in the restaurant were also very friendly and helpful. We were a group of 14 people from Sweden.

The rooms facing the rear had no view and the ones on the side of the building didn’t even have a balcony just facing a wall. Be sure to book the sea view rooms.

Centrally located, a beautiful sea view from our room and the restaurant. There is also pool located at the property, welcoming at the end of a hot summers day. The breakfast was delicious and the staff at breakfast were friendly and welcoming. A good centrally located place to stay and explore the city and the region.

We stayed in the older / original accomodation tower. The bed was hard and could feel the springs in the mattress. The floor around the bed was dusty and in need of a good clean. On arrival the person on reception was not warm, welcoming or that helpful.

Next to the sea which is nice, not right in the center of town which means some walking to get there but it makes it easier when coming by car. Enough parking. Comfy and clean and nice smelling shower gels. View of the sea and swimming pool was nice! Breakfast overlooking the sea is nice too!

Pool is not huge, so it can get full very soon - but to be expected if you come here in August. Not a major point in my view, we were happy they had a pool. Pool towels would have been nice though.

It’s a beautiful hotel with excellent staff. We had a room with a balcony overlooking the sea and the pool. It was very pleasant. We arrived a couple of hours early and were able to check into our room. We spent a pleasant couple of hours from about 5 at the pool. Everything is spotless. The breakfast was excellent. We sat outside on the terrace overlooking the sea. All the staff, from reception, breakfast, bar and housekeeping were all very professional, helpful and friendly.

Good location for work and lovely sea views if booked. There were two distinctly different sides of the hotel during my stay and I was fortunate to have a refurbished room. The staff are great. Very helpful. Easy to find and plenty of parking.

The outside swimming pool was not ready for use but for a Brit, it was like summer there in April. Shame some of the hotel was still under construction. Also, it can be very loud. On the sea side, ships will anchor in the bay and the engines can be heard all night. One week for work was too much. The breakfast option are good for some nationalities, not my thing at all. Bit much charging an extra €8 for an omelette for instance and the meals were expensive in the evenings but plenty of choice local.

Helpful reception staff, very clean and modern feel to the hotel. Nice up to-date rooms and fixtures as shown on booking site. Pool view over the bay provided lovely relaxed swimming. Pool needs a bit of an upgrade to match hotel - but seems to be in progress. Free parking appreciated.

Breakfast tasty and nice atmosphere but often guests were waiting for the plates of croissants, fruit or cheese to be topped up which was a bit frustrating. Dinner service was also very very slow with food just ok. Some guests gave up and left. A thundery night meant more people chose to eat at the hotel instead of going out- chef may have been over loaded but good comms and easy complimentary drink or snack would have alleviated problem for most.

Nice, spacious, and modern! (newly renovated - which is not a common thing in this city?) The location by the sea, the sea view and balcony was one of the best features for me, and the breakfast selections was very good as well. Nice with a pool, although it's not that big and I preferred swimming in the ocean.

Not all the personell was friendly, but those that were, was great, and I got to change the date for a not changeable booking for no extra costs. Thank you! A little far away from the center, but I was preperaed for that and it's not bad. Looked like they have bicycles for rent if you'll like to bike.
