The service staff were welcoming, always treated myself and my mum with respect and were always happy to help with any enquiries we had. Although we did not speak Thai the communication was not an issue! Would recommend to anyone, it’s close to the central mall in Nakhon Pathom and close to enough to the central plaza. Also, a great coffee shop near the lobby with great customer service, with the hotel restaurant across from it bonus the 7/11 straight across the road!

That my stay ended, there was nothing I could fault my stay with Xen hotel.

The room is very big and clean. Air-condition is super cold. The restaurant offers variety of foods.

Stay at the hotel several times. In room 718 or 719 or 619. Window facing the main road and into open spaces. Can open the window curtains all the times. This trip was offered room 611. Facing a block of apartments. Have to keep curtains closed all days. Likely won't chose Xen on my next trip.

The hotel is relatively new build and has good size rooms, with hard floor and modern shower in the bathroom. The location is very good, a 7/11 convenience store is across the street. A good restaurant (named Single before Married) with thai style music until 2am (and many lovely ladies) is some 200m down the road (right hand side when you leave the hotel) and I can recommend you the tasty food made there. Another nice place is called Prim Nakhon Pathomon 12 Nawakhet Rd, but you need a taxi for going there (open air restaurant with yummie food and even more good looking young ladies). I will come back for sure, if I will travel in that area again.

Like usual in Thailand, the air conditioner is blowing directly on the bed; with it is hard to sleep (only some 25°C set temperature can help), without it is too warm for sleeping. The quality of bathroom materials is not the best, but sufficient for one or two nights staying.

Good location, Cafe Amazon on the 1st Fl. ,7eleven opposite the hotel

On the 1 st Fl. of fire exit has a big metal stand obstructing the stair way to exit. I had told the staff about the problem but the staff ignore the safety especially the Fire Exit!!!! The big metal stand was obstructing the fire exit for 5 days that I stayed and probably still be there. They know the rule "Safty First" ,don't they? (Unacceptable) Moreover the light bulb in the room out of order 1 bulb.(acceptable)

Overall room size was good as we had a lot a baggage with us. Parking was good - either underground or on-site next to hotel.

Proper coffee making machine at breakfast is needed not coffee in sachets. Every morning we bought from Amazon Coffee nearby. Not clear about whether there is a buffet or standard menu breakfast. Also after 0900 not a lot of food is left.

Location is good, there is local food around in walking distance. Laundry also nearby. Staff was nice and the balcony of drink and live music was good idea. Parking is fine but if many visitors come you might have difficulty in management.

Lobby is a little small, therefore you might contact customer in advance to prepare key and other facilities 1-2 hrs before their arrival. Coupon for free softdrink can help you to get more guests on your live music each of the day.

Free parking. Café Amazon is in front of the hotel. 7/11 is nearby. Friendly staff.

Noisy hallway. Small towels are not offered to a standard room without asking.

Good central location in Nakhon Pathom. Hotel has an on-site restaurant with a decent choice of food (but there are better options along the main road). Spacious and very clean rooms. Good A/C. I really liked that there were proper duvets with linen ("European style") on the bed and not just a sheet. Very good and stable WiFi.

Very clean, Centrally located with Cafe Amazon/7-11 close by. Need some vegan/Vegetarian options in the menu.

Maybe a coffee/hot water station would have added a star to the property.

The room is very big and clean.The location is convenient, located in the city center. Hotel staff are very kind and nice.

Air compressor in the room(small room) is noisy.
