The room had AC; and it was on a quiet side street. One free, small bottle of water every day. Also, Electric kettle available off lobby with free tea or instant coffee. There's a nice light-filled lobby with faux hanging plants and some good tables to write at. There's a laundry machine available to use out back. Tesco Lotus complex not too far with restaurants, shops and movies. I did see some guests who were people of color, so it seems safe for BIPOC.

No basin in the bathroom to wash hands. That's a deal-breaker with Covid still around. The bed was one of those uncomfortable rubber slabs. No good restaurants in walking distance. The side street was off a very busy road that was almost a freeway, so you'd have to walk 1 km before you could cross it. Not wheelchair accessible.

Friendly to your pocket and staffs are stand by.

Loud noise at night from guests and in the very early morning from staffs.

They didn't answer my email enquiry. Parking very poor. Hard to climb the stairs for an old man.

The room is big.

The room didn’t look that clean and the bed was so hard. The worst point is it’s not soundproof. I can hear baby played all night, others phone alarm sound and even snore.

It's nice and cheap for short stay. The size is fine for sleep and quick nap. It's cargo container modified as a room. The reception was nice with few cats surround for quite therapy. Good decoration at front desk.

The minimum standard for all hotels or hostels should be cleanliness. Obviously, they didn't clean the room regularly that's why some lizard s*it was there. The bathroom was a bit disgusting from fungi on tiles.
