Clean & tidy , 24hrs gym.

Nothing to pick on instead of space.

i was upgraded to the tatami room, which im very thrilled about. it was small but perfect for solo travelers. can be a challenge if u are a family with kids. i got the corner, city view which has floor to ceiling windows. amazing views l, especially at night. service & staff was very helpful. very clean. they have a japanese toilet (bidet). there is a whiskey bar on the 25th floor, next to the gym. unfortunately no sauna, but it was good enough. awesome restaurant too. location was 7min walk from wanchai MTR station. u can also do a 10-15min walk to causeway bay (great for shopping).

I love Japanese toilet - actually this is my number one reason I picked this hotel. The room is cozy, well cleaned and the bed is comfortable. Love the vibe as well.

The room could be a little bigger at the fare price. The experience with the gentleman at the reception desk when I checked in could be better. I arrived late at night...1AM he was professional all right, every conversation we had was fair. He also asked, if I need help with luggage. But if he could be more friendly like smile or relax with his tone, that could made my good impressions of arrival after I had a long day.

This is my second time staying at this hotel, and I’m just as pleased as before. The design is beautiful – lots of wood and high-quality materials create a warm and cozy atmosphere. The view of the city is amazing, and the location is very convenient, with the metro, bus stops, and ferry terminal all nearby. I also love Malin and Goetz toiletries, which I remembered from my previous stay. The rooms are quite small, but they’re well-designed and perfect for one person – every detail is thoughtfully considered, so I didn’t experience any inconvenience. I think this hotel offers excellent value for money

Decor is really nice. Staff are super friendly and even upgraded our room when we go there. Room was very generous in size and super comfortable. Would definitely recommend

The room was spacious and the bed was big and comfortable. I would have loved for the room to be provided with a safe deposit box for convenience and mental comfort, although the area around the hotel was safe and there were staff in the reception area 24/7.

If there is one thing I could suggest to the management of the hotel, maybe provide some chairs or high stools for the staff at the reception counter. It must be quite tiring for them to have to stand all day behind an open counter even during the times when there were no guests checking in or out.

What an exceptional experience staying at AKI Hotel! Special thanks to Michelle and her lovely colleagues for a very warm welcome and special surprise upon our arrival (my partner and I celebrated a special day at the hotel). We chose the signature Japanese Tatami style room with a truly spectacular 270 degree view over the whole city of Hong Kong! The selection of tea and overall Japanese theme in the room were much appreciated! Absolutely everything was so nice about our stay and the only thing we regret about is how short of a stay it was. Definitely worth coming back!

A bit pricey

The rooms are extremely small, but they have floor-to-ceiling windows and have all the conveniences, and it is in the middle or restaurants and coffee shops, so you have everything you need. At first, it felt like being in an escape room or a puzzle room, where you need to find out which switch does what, but after a while, it is great. The third floor is nice for relaxing, having meetings. The Staff was great.

Honestly, the room size is small by even HK standards, so this is a great place if you value modern/clean over a bigger/older. But if you are claustrophobic this might not be for you. As a person who is used to the boutique style of smaller rooms with larger common areas, the size did not bother my wife and I.

The hotel is new so everything looks very clean and nice, location is great - walking distance to wanchai station, many restaurant nearby which make it easy to grab something to eat

i lost my printed invoice from the hotel and when i called the hotel to send to my email just one day after i checked out, the hotel did not even bother to respond or send any email, even after the operator mentioned that they will resend the invoice to my email address - I guess this is what to expect from HK service
