The location is fantastic, very close to public transport (MRT, trams, buses to the airport...), also very close to shops, restaurants and street market to buy affordable fruits. Behind the hotel there are two laundromats so we were able to easily wash our clothes. The staff was friendly too.

The hotel could have provided water bottles or at least a water filter so we could have fresh drinkable water every day during our stay. The minibar in the room was very small and could barely fit a handful of items inside.

- No MRT station close by - Wifi was patchy - Front desk staff aren't warm or welcoming. They almost look annoyed when you see them. - Rooms could be maintained better

Comfortable bed and a big room by Hong Kong standards. Older hotel but in good order. Good breakfaast except on weekend when no cooked-to-order egg. Bus stops right outside and opposite with easy connection to almost any area. Tram stop about 5 minutes walk.

Best hotel gym I could find for this price range, and facilities were in good shape. Room was clean, convenient fridge, and a desk that overlooked the view. Great location. Restaurant was so-so but very convenient. Overall a good deal for budget business travel.

Reception is confusing to find on the second floor. a bidet would have been nice. Nothing really to complain about

1. Very old rooms, need renovation ASAP 2. Fridge does not work. 3. Wifi extremely slow. Buy your own mobile SIM data card if you are working/need reliable connections

The reception area was just a table at the side of the elevators but there were seats. Hallway was a bit cramped but the room were spacious enough. Our kid enjoyed the bathtub. Internet was unstable sometimes.

The room is clean and spacious. It’s complete with toiletries (shampoo, soap, toothbrush and toothpaste, tissues, slippers), has tv, refrigerator, mugs, electric kettle, and a safe. The window has enough sunlight. They clean the room and change the towels everyday. The staff are accommodating. The lobby always smells fragrant. The place is very easy to find. You just need to ride the A11 bus from the airport, and get down at tonnochy road. The place is near the wet market and there are many food choices around the area.

That the mini suite had 2 separate rooms with 2 attached baths and 2 separate wash basins.

That one of the room didn’t have a door and the bright light from exit sign shone bright and directly into room. Occupants must sleep with eye mask.

good location heart of HK Island , couple mins walk to CWB MTR station,good choice of resturant.main point is ---good value--- ,cost less than 3000HK for 7 nights.
