Located directly on the riverbank and the park, I was very happy with the view from the back porch and the overall feel for the area. If you are looking for good value and a relaxing getaway, then I think you will enjoy this property. The private cottage is comfortable and relaxing. We appreciated the dining table and the kitchenette area. The deep spa bath was really nice. The check in was super easy because it's just a door code. The bed was very comfortable and so were the pillows.

The hot water heater ran low on water while I was using the tub.

The villa room is large and spacious. Plenty of room to move around and be comfortable. It is also very clean. The view from the back patio is also very nice. There are blackout curtains as the sun shines directly into the room in the mornings. The TV is a smart TV so you can log into your apps if you choose to use the TV. There is a mini fridge, microwave, and sink. I also noticed there are nice plates and some utensils in case you choose to eat in this location.

Parking is on the side of the road, and the gate to the villas is open all day and night. The doors lock and deadbolt but don't feel very secure. I'd have preferred the 2nd floor had I known this prior.

The room was beautiful and quaint. We loved the restroom layout, and the hot tub was perfect. The bed was super comfortable. The view from the bed was amazing. The villa really made our Christmas Eve even more special. We did not want to leave. We will definitely be coming back.

It states there's a kitchenette, but nowhere to cook. An electric burner (single or double) would've been nice, but it wasn't a deal breaker.

The furnishings and amenities of the cottage was on point. Nice view of the river. It was really nice that the owner called us before we got there and told us of a water main break in town so there would be no water until that was fixed, and there would be a boil order for the town for the near future. She really didn't have to do that.

This cottage was super clean and comfortable. I went for a walk down by the river and drank my morning coffee on the front patio. I will go back to this place for sure but I’ll book for longer.

I was supposed to lock the gate when I went out but once I was out I couldn’t reach the lock. The only other thing is I wished I could have stayed longer.

Ease of finding and getting to location. Free access to the State Park was great. The bed was super comfortable.

We thought the front door was like most hotels, locks behind you, but we found out after we had left for the day and returned the door was unlocked. Our fault for not checking, but maybe a note on the inside of the door would be helpful. 2 hand towels in the bathroom would be nice, we only had one for 2 day stay.

Place was quiet. Parking was easy. Room was clean.

Let renters know that the blue cabin is not handicap accessible, it has stairs. The ramp has a step in the middle also. The mattress needs to be turned, it is slightly saggy on one side, however it is still comfortable.

Very cute cottages , stone and pastel painted cottages overlooking the Blanco river. All updated inside, super clean and comfortable bed. Show elk was clean Water pressure was excellent and air was ice cold on a July 4th humid night

Direct tV has some reception issues otherwise great spot

This is our 2nd time staying there. The only word I can say is a very peaceful experience. We felt safe and enjoyed the beautiful surroundings. We will at our 1st chance go back again.

What is not to like. Peacefulness is hard to come by. We found it there.

The cabin was very nice. Comfy bed and nicely decorated with ample space . Jet tub was good! Plenty of space for two.It had everything we needed.

I had a question that I called about. Didn’t get a response. Wifi was slow.
