Beautiful room with a fireplace in the attached sitting room. The grounds are lovely to walk through. However the breakfast was prepackaged style breakfast sandwiches, yogurt and make it yourself waffles, I would’ve expected a better style of breakfast. The service is always polite and accommodating, they were able to get us in for an early check in.

Love the amount fo amentities! Beautiful location and so convenient to Fredericksburg and Johnson City. Love that there is so much to do on site.

A bit hard to get to the unit from parking lot, but not that big of a deal.

Everything! A very pleasant surprise. Facilities are extremely nice, cozy and private. Every staff encounter, from the front desk to dining was very friendly, helpful and pleasant.

Very hard to find a negative, but if I had to say anything at all is that it is a bit further from Fredericksburg than we would have liked, as that is normally where we visit and conduct the purpose of our trips to the area. However, it is not too far to make things work on more leisurely visits, and we will be back because we liked it that much. It is in the middle of lots of fabulous wineries we would not have discovered otherwise! And the location is not a negative reflection on the place itself whatsoever.

The location and the scenery the location was convenient to go to neighboring towns for visits and the scenery was beautiful with the vineyard right behind us and the view of the valley on the other side The room was quiet and comfortable And all the facilities were within walking distance We had some minor issues the first day we were there but the staff quickly resolved them

The breakfast was minimalist it had recently added waffles but outside of that it's cold cereal and yogurt also muffins

Peaceful place to visit. Loved the pool, nice shady areas to relax outside. Be sure to make reservations at the restaurant on ~site. Great variety of quality food. Loved the brussetta! Cute spot for a getaway. Mini fridge inside the villa was a nice touch. I would love to return sometime!

Didn’t eat breakfast. The location was very close to town! Facilities (room, amenities,etc.) were top notch. Staff were very attentive and professional.

We were the only guests on the entire property overnight! We were told security was available, but it didn’t appear anyone was on the property (the evening clerk left after 7:00 pm). Was a cause of concern.

Clean with very friendly staff. The Old 290 Brewery and Restaurant - great pizza and service. Additionally the music was a great addition to the atmosphere at dinner.

Recommend a bar that services the pool. Could have used more walkways to connect different areas of the property.

Beautiful casita style houses with a couple rooms in each one. Gorgeous grounds and very friendly staff. Was not there long enough to take advantage of the winery or spa or restaurant. The room was perfect with a seating/living area and bedroom separate. Lovely bathroom and the best shower I've had in a rental in a long time. We will definitely go back and take advantage of the rest of the amenities.

Bed was not as soft as I'm used to but honestly that's it.

The food menu was pretty limited compared to times before. I was charged 40 more for fees on top of what booking said included all fees and taxes so basically they charge me twice and said too bad. No one fixed this or got back to me from booking either

Incredible, beautiful, wonderful! This resort is top notch! The grounds are truly incredible & beautiful - so well maintained. The little cottages are so cute, comfortable & home like. It is so nice to have extra space when you are on vacation so the seating area was well enjoyed. The bed was comfortable and I loved the set up of the room. Bathroom & shower were all great too. Lots of room. It was pretty quiet while we were there which was kind of nice because we got to enjoy the property, the pool & hot tub. The brewery/restaurant was only open for 1 day while we were there but we enjoyed the food and beer. The wine tasting room is fantastic - of course we joined the wine club all the way from New York! The wine is delicious - they really take pride in what they make. This was also a very convenient location to stay because of the many wineries close by - there seriously must be at least a hundred on 290. All the staff were super friendly and helpful. It was so nice that they offer a continental breakfast (I understand they offer even more on the weekends). We enjoyed this each morning out on their upper patio deck overlooking the hills of Texas. We will definitely be back and hope to bring friends & family here.

It would have been nice if the restaurant was open more days because it was convenient. Not a huge deal but we did have to drive to other locations to eat lunch/dinner.
