Beautiful property, well maintained, the pools are beautiful my kids enjoyed them the most.

They don’t offer life jackets at the poolside. I’m sure there is reason but when traveling with little kids it would be helpful to know so we can plan accordingly. Life jackets at the marina store on the property are $100 each and we were traveling with 3 kids so that was steep for us.

The amenities and location.

There was a lot of complaining from employees at how busy the Memorial WE was and they were tired. There was a young bartender at the J’ , horrible attitude. Slamming bottles around, acted as if she was mad she had to wait on you. Front desk was slow and not real attentive. Jazz at the floating pool was excellent and very personable. Valet guys were great.

The putting course was very cute and interesting; it's $11/person (50% off) between 3-5pm every day. The staff was very friendly. The fitness center was open 24 hours/day and was well-appointed.

The restaurant was one of the most expensive in the area; you are definitely paying a premium for convenience. We wished there were more places to eat within the resort. Aside from Keurig in the room, there is only one place to get a quick coffee in the hotel and the servers don't always know what they're doing. If you miss your allotted time for cleaning in the morning, you have to call to get your room serviced. Room service automatically charged a service fee and tip to the order, making it about 50% more expensive than the listed menu price. The only place to refill water bottles was in the fitness center, which was a 5 minute walk away from the main hotel.

Whats not to like.... the resort is beautiful and the staff is very friendly and fun. Food was grrat and the so much to do on the property. Will be coming back !

Amenities, beautiful landscape. Zen garden needs updating but still beautiful for morning and evening walk. Myfriends and I spent a day in the spa. It’s all worth it. The staff were all very friendly and helpful.

they need to update their TV in the rooms, they are not SMART TV’s. tried to stream some shows in the evening/night, hard to set up, a staff helped , he called for help on the site and even that didn’t help, finally gave up on that. We were out more during the day to enjoy the facilities., so it was not big deal.

Wonderful resort for a long weekend getaway. Everything you need amd want to enjoy is right here. You won't have to get back in your car until you leave!

We have been coming here for over 10 years. The prices have gone sky high on everything from room costs to golf fees.

Really nice and comfortable, especially since it was a really hot day in Texas 108 degrees.

Found a half eaten bar of candy next to a little round red pill, in a drawer on night stand. Did not give me a warm fuzzy for safety.

all the staff were extremely friendly! every place we went was clean and tidy and there was always someone doing something!

nothing! everything was great. however i would suggest allow employees to try out the facilities, that way they can give honest opinions about foods, amenities etc. best advertisement is word of mouth and what better way to reward your valuable employees??!!

Excellent breakfast buffet, on-site restaurants, pool, hot tub, bird sanctuary, mini putt golf, and tennis courts. Also, with your stay you get free access to the yacht club pool, hot tub (the biggest in Texas), and club restaurants.

Can't say.....I come every year because it is the perfect getaway near Austin.

Great location, great staff,beautiful views, many pools to chose from. One of the best experiences I’ve had at a resort so far.

Our hotel room had little to no air the first night, so they moved us to another room for the second. only slept 3 hours the first night. I would appreciate a room credit for that night instead of a $40 resort credit.
