Beautiful location I was disappointed that the rate we paid was cheaper but more work and time consuming on booking .com than booking directly with the resort Shouldn't have been so time consuming The resort charges for rooms should be better without searching for 3rd party deals .. I like dealing directly

That there wasn't an option to pay for food and or drinks with cash Was told at checkout at the bar after using the cabana that the staff shares tips .. which is great .. there was difficulty finding the card they were holding .. once found I needed to pay charges with the card I said I would pay the tip in cash Great she said .. but didn't tell me they already charged me 20% on the charged amount .. not happy about that since I also paid 20% percent I didn't realize that till I returned home and checked my credit card Unhappy !!! Was not informed

The staff (Ms.Jean) and the other front staff day /night were extremely friendly and helpful. The front desk and the assistant manager, she was awesome. I had an issue and she walked with me to the restaurant to figure out what happen. Again she was nice. I wanted to talk to GM but he was busy

I did not like that the tech or restaurant or someone called my room and stated I did not have a credit card on file (I did and it was authorized) but he said I did not pay. I was extremely upset and this was ridiculous. The assistant manger helped figure out it was tech calling me but why did tech call and disturb my stay. This actually ruin my day. I wanted to talk to the GM but he was busy. Assistant manager awesome! I reported the bath tub had water stand in it while shower was on. I reported and that took too long to come after I got back. Then I left room again. The. I called them again and waiting that night and they never showed. The toilet had issues flushing as well

This place was amazing!!! All the staff were friendly and made us feel welcome. Elvis was very courteous and friendly and Emma the Lakeway Mascot 😂was so friendly and lovable. We were there celebrating my wife's birthday and she said it was the best birthday. I couldn't do it without the kindness of all the staff there. Also the marina was awesome,the people were so friendly and knowledgeable. I will definitely return back with my family. Thank y'all Lakeway resort and Marina.

The breakfast buffet was good. Dinner was good. The convenience of walking to the restaurant was a big hit. Beautiful view of Lake Travis. We enjoyed the adult only pool.

Check-in. It should be 3 not 4. We had been up since 4 in the morning for our flight and were exhausted and had to wait until after 4 to get in our room. They catered to a wedding party and we were nobody. Most of the resorts here have a 3:00 check in

Was nice to relax for the 3 days we were there.

The family room facilities and game area needs some upgrades to it. For the prices paid, some upkeep for the basketball hoop and games should be made. For the $40 resort daily fee it should include also a drink at the pool.

Breakfast was delicious and had a great variety of choices at the T&R restaurant breakfast buffet. Staff was friendly and attentive throughout the facility! Pools were beautiful and relaxing. Views were wonderful, especially the sunset. Spa staff was excellent and the view of the lake was amazing.

I am short so the bed height was a bit challenging for me. A printed guide of the facilities with a map, hours, etc. in each room was not provided. However, the staff was very helpful with information when asked.

Great stay, great staff and amenities. If I could offer one suggestion, too many adult pools. The adult pools were completely empty. That isolates the families keeping them only able to use the back pools only. That was my only complaint that I couldn’t bring my 10 year old into a nice pool. The “kiddie” pools are as just that; for tiny kids. Our son is very well behaved and has as dying to go in the beautiful pools but wasn’t allowed because they were “adult only”

The adult pools, too many, not enough family friendly options for older kids who are not toddlers.

Old money vibes!! Loved the incredible views and the remarkable staff. Especially Elvis he was amazing!!

You could tell it was a little old and needed to be updated. Lots of spiderwebs on our balcony and random stains on the carpet, ceiling and curtains.

Very upscale, clean, and the staff were very helpful. Being close to the countryside was excellent

Better coordination of bars up stairs and downstairs. The bar upstairs at restaurant said that there was happy hour at 5:00, the bar downstairs said that was not so. I did not like the fact that I was told that there would be a $90 charge to cover incidentals when purchasing at various locations, only to find that my card had been shared $500. The difference between what I had spent and what had been charged was promptly put back in my credit cards, but this needs to be straightened out

the size is perfect, our cabana was perfect and the children’s and adult pools are amazing, proximity to marina is ideal,

the elevators were an issue, no valet but Elvis makes up for that with rides down to the restaurant, no room service or late night option for cooked meals
