The location was convenient for our one night stay. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean.

The toilet paper in our bathroom was in a cabinet too far away to reach. The draperies didn’t pull closed completely. I had pre-checked in and was asked for my credit card again even though it was provided online. The pillows were an odd size and definitely not all queen or even regular size for our queen size beds. The door to our room was really too heavy to open or was sticking. There was only one small chair and a desk chair. Neither was really comfortable for relaxing.

Overall, it's a nice, bright property in a great location. The staff was friendly, and the hotel was quiet. I've paid more money for worse accommodations. How much more do I need to type to allow me to move onto the problem areas?

The water pressure is abysmal. Even worse, the floors are completely filthy even though they look clean at first glance. Aster two nights of walking in white socks, my daughter and I were forced to toss out both pair because of the stuff we tracked from the laminate and throw rug. Finally, the little hotel snack area did not have water bottles or any non-caffeinated beverages for two days.

The locations has so much to do near by. Walking distance restaurants. Very convenient. Good waffles and coffee.

The breakfast was ok. Same thing everyday. Maybe they could mix it a little. But good for the price of the stay. And dogs in the breakfast area. Not everyone likes animals near food.

Comfortable bed. Good looking room. Clean room and bathroom. Friendly staff at every interaction. Great breakfast with many types of options. Rooms where breakfast was served and eaten were both clean. Easy parking. Convenient location for our purposes, and close to other amenities like restaurants and grocery.

In a two-bed room, one aisle on one bed was very narrow and close to the wall. Night stand was only provided between the two beds, and not on each side of both beds.

Loved the room and area around hotel had many shops and a heb store nearby lobby is very nice as well. Has a nice pool. Very quite and upscale neighborhood. Had plenty of parking spaces. Hotel is quiet which is nice.

Staff was okay no special attention, i did see manager talking to other gests but not us. Even though they have a sign saying they do daily cleaning of room it is not true. We stayed 4 nights and only had sheets changed once. The other times they were in room bed was only made but did put fresh towels and emptied trash. Breakfast is nice but jucies were the same all 4 days , a little repetive.

Property was well located with quite a few restaurants within walking distance. Property was clean with easily accessible parking.

The only thing I thought was strange was the entry doors opened parallel to each other instead of straight on. Had to enter and exit at an angle with the luggage cart. Otherwise everything was great!

I loved that everything was so comfortable. From the bed, to the rest of the layout of the room. The shower was really nice and easy to use. Everyone i interacted with was very nice. I would definetly stay again.

I only had a few complaints maybe for the future. Because the high 5 kitchen closes so early, i wish there were more options for food in the little concessions area. I also wish the tv was a bit easier to manuever. And i wish the hotel provided bigger shower towels, and not just 1 size.

Very well placed hotel in the Austin area (20 miles) and very good facilities outside the hotel ( lot of restaurant and bar) Room are very comfortable and clean For the one which want to visit SAN ANTONIO , 1h20 to drive to San Antonio avoiding the traffic in AUSTIN

Breakfast could be more interesting and with more things

The location is convenient to anything you need or want in the area. The room was modern, clean, and comfortable. Spacious bath to move around, great shower. The staff were friendly when we walked in, and when I wanted to extend the stay. I give this LA Quanita 5+ stars.

Property was great. Just what we needed to visit sick friend close by.

I was charged for an extra night, AFTER I’d paid for our 2 night stay. It took an hour on the phone to learn it was a “precharge” and should disappear. It hasn’t yet, says still pending.
