The room was spacious enough, had a comfortable bed, curtains that kept light out at night for a good night's sleep, and adequate lighting. The bathroom was clean, good lighting, and had more than enough towels for one person for a week. I only used one set. The concierge provided me with enough kitchen equipment for my needs, though there were a few items I forgot, such as paper towels, dish soap and sponge. The HVAC unit functioned perfectly.

The facility is apparently used as housing by a number of construction crews, which is great for them. However, during the week it was apparent that the water heating system was inadequate to handle the load. By the time I got up each morning, there was no hot water in the shower! Aaaagh! Saturdays were fine; but, weekdays, not so much. This particular facility needs to increase its capacity for hot water. Also, there was no extra blanket for the cold nights during Winter in Austin. An extra blanket would have been great.

Some ratty cars reflected a semi-poor clientele, but they can't be that poor, even at the monthly rate, where tax is refunded if you stay over 30 days (you're legally a resident). GREAT staff: proud but caring, taking their job personally, which shows in cleanliness etc.

I drove a cab off/on for over 10 years in Austin back in the day, and ESA either made a big mistake chosing this location or got screwed over by the city due to remarkably difficult access. Working with computer navigation and excellent driving reflexes, you shouldn't miss it if you go slow. Without a computer, working from unconsolidated muscle memory and at speed, you may well have to go around a really big block with potentially nasty traffic and roll the dice again. The place ends up feeling lost and all alone and it's hard to imagine them drawing any drive-by traffic: feels like they're dying on the vine, even in boom-town Austin.

Kitchenette and dishes provided were great, place was clean and quiet, staff were friendly and helpful. Well positioned in Austin, with easy if long walkable routes to the rest of the city.

The only two things that I would like to see improved are the water pressure in the shower and for the operable windows to stick less.

Booking.com mentioned a hair dryer in the unit, however, there was no hair dryer in my suite. Maybe I had to ask the front desk for it, not sure. The toiletries were not refilled for my arrival - the small shampoo bottle had less than half of the shampoo available, and it was not enough for my hair. You don't want to go to the front desk for this kind of thing when you're already taking a shower. Small details that matter, though.

Big room anf comfy bed i expected. I didn't expect a full kitchen and a fridge with freezer copartment. That was a very nice addition. Would have liked there to be some kitchen utensiles but I guess you can just get that at the reception so no complaints there. It just make it seem a bit empty.

The breakfast was very minimalistic and could've been better. There was water, tea coffe, which was fine. But the breackfast par was instant grits, cereal (no milk), müsli bars, chocolate or bluberry muffins (lots of sugar there) and some other small things I don't remember. I would have liked there to be at least the option of toast and jam and a piece of fruit (banana, apple, pear etc.) In future I'd bring in my own food from a grocery store knowing the facilities I have.

The bed was comfortable and hot water

The breakfast it was just coffee and oatmeal package. It was a hair in the tub sheet and bottle top under the bed.

Bed was comfy. Front desk staff, Casey and Odessa were exceptional! Thank you for listening and providing for our needs.

No hot water in the tub. Kitchen needs cleaning.

The staff was so accommodating and the room was just what we needed.

The only improvement I would suggest is juice or milk for those younger kids and for people who don't care for coffee
