The rooms were clean to stay with convenient

Feminist staff word rude they didn't allow us to make weekly payments and it was loud during the night when I called they couldn't do anything because they were the only person in the office and it's always loud at night we couldn't even sleep

The front desk would not refill breakfast items while there was still thirty minutes left on the breakfast hours.i pais extra for this amenity it would be nice to be able to utilize exactly what I paid for.perhaps the staff needs to be a little less lazy and do their job

The beds are so comfortable and the rooms are always so clean I've been staying here for weeks at a time and never have had a bad experience. The manager is very nice.

Location, Comfortable and room was clean for the most part.

Had roaches, near the sink, and a couple were seen in bed with baby roaches. People outside and drugs are heavily within facility property and in and out of rooms all night

When you open the door, it looks open, plenty of room, floors are clean, and my number 1 thing is the toilet, its always clean every stay.

The room lady who was disrespecting me and my $2 in change I don't think she deserves to be the head honcho she was very unprofessional

The staff does a wonderful job of dealing with things. Motels in Austin. Especially on the i35 are rough Can be. Out of all the cheap motels in Austin. This one does an outstanding job.

The breakfast was a typical continental type. The location was convenient

The only ice machine is upstairs and there is no elevator. This makes of difficult for senior citizens. The only exit on the back Of the property is locked off- so all must enter and exit on the busy access road.

The staff is great and the room is very comfortable.

There's a lot of animal feces around the property and a lot of trash and unkept landscaping not taken care of around the property but other than that it's all just fine.

The staff where all super nice. I had a late check in and the ladies behind the counter were so nice and helpful with all my questions. Unfortunately I forgot to catch their names to properly thank them.

The property was under renovation so there was just a general sense of construction outside of the room. I know it is a little thing but as a taller person the lower shower head was a little difficult but manageable.
