The staff was amazing, very friendly and always ready to help, i can fully recommend this place to everyone else, its situated perfectly, near to Congress Avenue, near to the river, near to downtown, etc. The quality-price value of this hotel is top, its clean, its safe, its quiet, no hassle, just great, thanks and see you again soon!

The USA have become very expensive, too expensive, but i dont talk about this hotel, but in general. If you have time to find out where to go, where to get good quality-price value, restaurants, bars, shops, etc. it helps definitely.

Shower head was great. Bathroom was nice but too small. Room size was good. Very quiet, didn’t hear any neighbors besides that one night but it was in the hallway. Bed was extremely comfortable and the pillows. Room was clean. Location was good. Staff friendly. We were able to checkout an hour later at no additional cost! Thank you front desk / Ramada. :)

One night some trashy ppl coming from partying probably woke us up at 3:30am they were running through the hallway, slamming their door and yelling. Bathroom was too small. They should upgrade, give a facelift to the entire place. Running the ac sometimes lead to a nasty smell I had to adjust to. Perfect example: if you ever rode splash mountain at Disneyland that is what the room smelled like sometimes. The Humidity in general was pretty bad for an outsider like myself this time of year. The hallway always had a smell. The parking lot was sketchy.

I called 3x making sure if there was or not a deposit required staff told me no multiple times when actually arriving there was one luckily I had enough on my card

Very clean and conveniently located. Very very quiet rooms (top floor facing pool) Updated older hotel for great price. Great though overpriced restaraunt opens at 8am. Balconies are tiny but allow a fully open room to the outside. Blackout curatins work well.

No guest laundry facilities. The single elevator is painfully slow. Luggage carts are single ended; meaning it takes 2 to 3 people to move a loaded cart throught the double set of double entry doors. No white curtains; you only get the fullness of the texas sun or blackout curtains.

The hotel was nicely decorated. The decorator's color scheme and design were replicated throughout the hotel and in the rooms. The bed was super comfortable. Probably the best mattress I've ever experienced in my years of travel. Very clean bathrooms and plenty of towels. Fairly close the the airport. We found a great hole-in-the-wall Mexican food restaurant, 1/2 mile from the hotel, West of I-35 on E Ben White.

There was no luggage rack in the room to place my suitcase. Traveling south on I-35, you have to drive to Stassney Ln. (what seemed like a long way, especially at night) to turn around and go north on the one-way frontage road to reach the hotel. I had to study a map to figure it all out.

The lobby was very inviting and modern. The pool area was nice and it was great to have The Hideaway restaurant right next door for meals. The rooms were spacious and clean, just a few signs of aging/sloppy finishing around the floorboards.

Since it’s close to two major highways, there were a lot of transient people hanging out around the property, especially at night. This did give a slightly unsafe feeling as I was staying alone for part of my time here.

Room was clean, early online check in made it very easy and quick to get our room....online check out made it equally as easy to leave on time.

Parking was terrible...it was the state track meet so it was high occupancy. Only being able to get in from the front was an inconvenience once we checked in, but nothing major. The price was hiked because it was the state track meet. The price didn't match the quality of the hotel, but the hotel wasn't bad by any stretch.

I loved the makeup wipes in the bathroom, perfect for someone traveling for a convention. For the most part everything was clean.

There was a chair in the room covered in mysterious stains…was a little gross tbh. The door to the bathroom also required excessive force in order for it to close properly, that can definitely be improved on. The sheets smelled a little funky at first but, it wasn’t too bad.

My room didn’t look like the picture and house keeping only cleaned certain rooms not mine the day before thanksgiving but I made out just fine
