The bed was comfortable. They also have a good breakfast. It was clean.

The night that we checked in the clerk told me I had to pay. I explained that I had used booking.com and showed him my receipt and he stated that something must have happened because they did not get paid from booking.com. He suggested I pay again and I refused too. I also explained that I had used booking.com in the past and never had issues. When he realized that I wasn’t going to pay again he called his boss and magically their system showed I paid thru booking.com

This has so far been the most cleanest hotel I've stayed at in Austin. The room was spacious and comfortable, I had the best sleep (which never happens when I stay at a hotel). The restroom was bright, clean, full of extra towels, soaps, etc.

My only complaint was there was no microwave in the room and the fridge didn't really cool as much as it should or would over freeze. Otherwise, our stay was great.

Staff was super friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was really good. The room was comfortable and clean.

The hotel is literally in the middle of nowhere, no shops/restaurants/cafes nearby. However it's just a short drive from both airport and city centre

Everything was fine, but the shower. Water would fill the bathtub really quick and wouldn't go fast, and as the water from the shower was so close to the wall it didn't stay in and we had a huge puddle of water on the bathroom floor.

Staff was very helpful and attentive! The room was very spacious, clean bathroom, good breakfast. Good location if you want to be near the airport, but also not too far from downtown Austin.

Breakfast was tastier than expected, and the lobby was spacious with lots of seating and a tv in each different areas. I liked the designated pet potty area and well stocked with bags. The beds were comfy, (bed was medium firm like I like it), the room was spacious enough for the dog crates, the a/c worked really well which was a bonus. The pool looked nice, but we didnt get a chance to swim. The woman who checked us in Saturday around 4pm was so friendly and pleasant. Great customer service. Wish I could remember her name.

The carpets on the 4th floor, (maybe that's a designated pet floor?) were pretty stained and tired looking. Only one of the 2 elevators was working, and it made for VERY slow elevator response to upper floors. There was a stain on the chaise lounge in our room, and the curtains were torn at one edge like someone tried to close them and didnt realize they were not full drapes.

We have been staying at Hampton Inns for many years when we travel. It’s always a very comfortable stay; clean, and accommodating staff. This location in Austin South was no different.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Great location to travel with pets.

The breakfast is what you’d expect Was nice to get hot and a quick adequate breakfast

Well they have 2 elevators But one has been broken for 2 years Happy to see clear evidence that they are working to improve

The staff here was super nice! The hotel room was clean, and breakfast was yummy! I also liked the free parking.
