Everything was mostly great. My room was clean, but I found marijuana in the room and a dirty plate outside of my room. And, for the price of the room, I expected it to be totally clean.Other than that, everything was really good. The staff was super friendly. The hotel is the most beautiful hotel I've ever been in. The food was excellent! I had the chicken parm. It was delectable! Overall, it was a good stay. I wish I could have stayed longer to really enjoy it. Thank you for a nice experience.

I only stayed one night to catch an early flight. The Hilton is 3 minutes away from the terminal by Shuttle bus. From 5am onwards this service is at ones disposal. The interior of the hotel was great to watch, the rooms arranged in a circle around a center. The room was large, clean, and coffee and tea was provided.

The Wi-Fi was rather slow. This can be done much better. I am not a big fan of bath tubs with wobbly curtains to take a shower, But this seems to be the case in many hotels in the US.

Stuck at Austin airport for a night and this was the closest hotel to the airport. Free shuttle was easy. The hotel sent a phone number to request the shuttle which came in less than 5 minutes. Bar/restaurant was open until 11, so we were able to grab dinner even though everything in the airport had already closed. Great room, comfortable bed, excellent check in and server.

Music playing in lobby was loud at midnight and had to request it be turned off with front desk. The music was turned off after request. Got a great night's sleep after that.

The airline lost my luggage and staff was exceptionally helpful both giving me a toothbrush and toiletries and accepting my bag when the airline sent it over at 5 a.m. - and thoughtfully texting me about it rather than waking me. Lovely place, a bit pricey. but so worth it to be able to take the shuttle over so quickly rather than rent a car or wait for a longer arriving shuttle from a hotel further away. Shout out to Francisco, the helpful and kind shuttle bus driver who was there in 3 minutes!

Like I said it's a bit pricey compared to nearby budget hotels. But in my view absolutely worth it. So comfortable.

The shuttle driver taking us to airport in the morning was rude! When I told him I was running late for my flight, he took my luggage and placed it at the bottom of everyone else’s luggage and I was the last to get on the shuttle before it left for the airport and he buried my bag and made me wait until the end. I almost missed my flight. And again he was rude !!!

The room. Liked the tub and shower. Bed and pillows comfy. It was quiet and I appreciated the black out shades.

The restaurant. Food was good but seat had crumbs on it and floor around table had bits of food and crumbs around it. Not appealing. Menu was so so. It was convenient to our event. I imagine it would be a welcome respite for travelers.

Needed to be near airport for early flight. Every staff person (checking in, server in restaurant. and housekeeping person) was friendly, respectful and very helpful!

The staff were amazing, especially the 2 sisters (I forget their names) who are the bartenders . We spent 2 nights while seeing a concert in Austin. Great location , great food and service . Highly recommend

The location to Austin Airport is excellent, walkable, but with a good shuttle service. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Quite expensive, but little option, as the weather meant most hotels were full and had increased prices.

Check in and check out were very easy. The hotel is really fancy/nice- it surprised my husband and I! We had a really quick stay because we only had an overnight layover in Austin, but we'd definitely stay again. Though the infrastructure isn't really supportive of this (no sidewalks) we walked to and from the airport through the parking lots and it was about a 10 minute walk each way.

There was nothing that we were not satisfied with.
