It was very spacious!! My family included 3 kids and 2 adults. We had 2 Queen beds and a sofa bed. The morning breakfast was amazing, and was available for 3 Hours. There was an issue with the toilet, and we were switched to a comparable room. Great customer service that was attentive by providing a fast and efficient resolution. It's 7 minutes away from the airport, and minutes from the hustle and bustle from downtown Austin. The price was great and I have absolutely no complaints. I would highly recommend this hotel and especially for families that need the extra space.

It may need a revamp through the hall corridors, is the only minor suggestion. The room was updated and modern though.

What I did not like was that the manager wanted to change me $40 to check in at 2:47 after the lady over phone told me that our room was ready and we could come as early as 2:00pm. We arrived in Austin at 11:30 from Maryland visiting my son was leaving for deployment. The hand sanitizer stations were all empty. Also the ironing board in our room had no legs. That was very frustrating!!

It was near Austin airport

I chose the property because there was a free airport shuttle fro Austin airport. I tried to book this through booking.com but I got no reply. I spent over £20 on telephone calls from England leaving messages on the hotel’s answerphone but I never got a reply. We made our own way to the hotel and the young man was very apologetic. He was very helpful and arranged a shuttle for our son to be picked up later that evening. It would have been very much less stressful if the hotel had replied to my many messages earlier in the week.

The room was comfortable and cozy; just like being at home. The location is very convenient for our needs. The staff is friendly and courteous. We love the breakfast! Also, the breakfast staff person is awesome. Terri is her name - she was very attentive, friendly and courteous. She made us feel right at home. We have stayed here before and remember her. It's a testimony to your hotel that she has been employed there for many years. We look forward to our next visit.

To start off , the guy that was working the front desk was the best . He was so friendly and explain things clearly. Also, I think the rooms are super huge, and I glad that the rooms came with sofa in them.

There are two things I didn't like . The first thing is the elevators sound and feel like there on their las leg . It felt like it was having trouble moving. The second things is the front door to the room wouldn't lock. It was uneven and the lock would not connect with part on the wall.

Clean, property is comfortable. However, the man at the front desk was extremely extremely rude and condescending. We went to ask for extra pillows because we had a pullout sofa. Hence the reason I got this room and he told us there were no more pillows again his attitude was not in line with what I would expect from your hotel.

Very nice looking and location to the airport was great.

The touch screen mirror in the bathroom didn’t work, there was no cover on the smoke detector. Minor flaws in over esthetics. The mini fridge was wobbly, not level so the canned drinks would tip. My boyfriend is hotel maintenance in our town and he noticed all the flaws but overall it was a nice room.

Check in was very simple, easy to find parking in the lot, and the staff was friendly and easy to chat with. Breakfast was included in my stay and was delicious. Consisted of your more typical cereal, toast and yogurt options, but also includes aggs, bacon, and make your own Texas shaped waffles. Great value and clean place.

Loved the location, room was perfect and comfortable, the shuttle service was amazing to get to and from the airport.

Breakfast could have been better, a few stale food items and coffee machine was down. Repairs were being done so had to be very careful to not touch the paint on the walls. Saw a huge bug in the middle of the hallway on my way out.

We arrived late ... server was down ... and because we didn't get into our room until after midnight, we were not charged for the night. Very nice of the GM to do that. He also let us stay later and not have to check our by 11AM.
