This is a micro hotel which is good (less people) it is in a convenient location (close to downtown) and the hotel is fairly new and very clean. I couldn’t find hot water to shower, just mildly warm and the beds are kind of too hard for me. The walls and floors are very thin, you will hear all kind of noises: people talking, tv’s, food, steps, etc. The breakfast is ok: coffee, orange juice, cold cereal and bags for warm cereal to make your own, fresh small pancakes and cold eggs, wraps and biscuit sandwiches for you to warm up, some fruits available too. Parking and wiffi is free. It’s a good stay for short term stay. Staff needs to great people with at least a “hello, good morning, etc.”

Unfortunately there is no ice machine on each floor. While I appreciate the kindness and help of the male front desk staff, I am totally disgusted by the unfriendliness and unprofessional attitude of the female front desk staff (tall with eye glasses). Instead of playing with her cell phone inside the office, she should take care of the guests’ needs without giving them an attitude.

Arrived late, almost midnight, traffic & construction driving from San Antonio, Paul was at the desk & very helpful getting me registered, I rested well after hot shower, traveling alone...after a ver reasonable bkft downstairs, like the variety, I'm a health enthusiasts & the options important, decided to stay here for my entire remaining trip instead of opting for another motel, this location perfect for local destinations. The Gentleman at morning desk worked with me, patiently, we agreed on a good price for additional 3 days.. I'm so happy for his efforts and enjoying 4 nights instead of the original one! Thank you so much, will keep your organization in my travel plans...

Need a counter in the bathroom for toiletries & items ....there's just a sink??? Bed was a good selling point in my decision to stay 3 more nights. I have sleep Apnea & shoulder arthritis, the bed comforted both..

It was the best price out of similar choices, and it provided a great service for the value. Room was clean, breakfast was good, and staff was very polite.

Not sure if this is on booking or on them, but they advertise that the shuttle from the airport is free, but don't mention until after you book that it only works on weekdays. Additionally, it is free for pick-up, but not drop-off. I think the ads should be more transparent, specially because a lot of time most people make the non-refundable reservations, so you can't change your plans.

We often stay here when we are in Austin. We like the convenient location, and safe surroundings. The staff are friendly. The hotel is nice and clean. They offer a nice variety of breakfast items, and coffee is always available.

Unfortunately, in RM 217 the bathroom sink had large breaks in it and had been repaired sloppily with caulking. It really needs replaced. Additionally, the sheetrock finish and paint are cracked around the upper wall of the shower. These things are not a good representation or reflection of the overall hotel.

Good breakfast for a no frills hotel. You have the basics like hard boiled eggs, yogurt, bagels, fruit, cereal and some packaged choices like a biscuit with sausage and eggs or a burrito. Comfortable beds, clean bathrooms with all the amenities at a decent price for Austin. And it’s 5-10 minutes from the airport. This is my 2nd stay here and it never disappoints. And I usually stay for a few nights.

No complaints. It’s a no frills hotel but almost as good as pricier budget hotels.

The room size was really good with comfy bed and pillows, staff friendly, breakfast is included, location to the airport is really good and is quite close to the city centre via car.

Some of the furniture was broken and there were a few bugs near the window and an open safety pin also by the window which would have been dangerous if there were children. Breakfast was ok, not too much on offer in the way of hot food. Pool is super small and exposed to the side of the building.

I liked the free pick-up shuttle service from the airport to the hotel. I called them and someone was there quickly, withing a few minutes. I also liked all the cable channels available on the television. I also liked that the room was very clean, including the bathroom and shower. Finally, I liked the free breakfast in the morning.

There is nothing that I did not like about this hotel.

Good location near airport when had night time arrival. Also stayed there at end of trip as had an early flight out. Excellent room. An OK breakfast. Helpful staff. Denny's and Starbucks near by. Also a new park nearby with a nice walking trail. Had to get taxi to arrive because my plane arrived after 9pm. Took the local bus into downtown Austin the next day.

Having the shuttle running later at night would help.

Nice property with a spacious room and many utilities around the property. Location is great and free parking for the guests.

One of the security guards was trying to see intimidating to my party. It was really uncomfortable and unnecessary. Wifi couldn’t reach the 4th floor so using anything requiring high speed is basically impossible.
