We requested a room on the upper floor and had a good view of the planes taking off and landing at Austin Airport. The king room had a good amount of space to put your stuff. The front lobby had lots of space for breakfast. We appreciated the airport shuttle late at night, although we did have to wait awhile because there were a number of hotel guests being transported at the same time.

Breakfast had the usual items. We wish they had more variety of food items especially when you stay for more than a couple of days. The rooms could be updated because because the furnishings were showing their age with wear and tear.

The location of the hotel solved many logistical problems when we took advantage of the free shuttle to and from the airport. The breakfast was good without being particularly impressive.

It was an odd thing but when we went to watch the television it would rotate only partially in the direction of either the couch or the bed. I ended up moving an ottoman in front of the TV and watching without a seat back.

Location to airport and clean and comfortable.

Store was expensive and after I purchased somethings, using cash, I asked for change to tip the shuttle driver and the concierge desk clerk told me she didn’t have any cash. When I had just given the store clerk cash. From the time I went to check out, the concierge clerk was disrespectful and seemed to have an attitude.

The breakfast was fresh fruit, oatmeal, biscuits, eggs and sausage patties, waffles, muffins, and cold cereal. It was hot and tasty. The location was good for our purpose, one night layover in Austin. It was close to the highway and we did hear planes taking off from the airport. There were several restaurants within walking distance.

There was a noise in our room that seemed to go away in the evening, it sounded like a vent fan creaking.

Overall a good experience and clean comfortable hotel. This was a one night stay, driving into Austin in a rental car and flying out of the airport the next morning. The location was excellent for this. There is a gas station to top off the rental car around the corner from the hotel, on the service road of Hwy 71 route to the airport, which is only minutes away and a straight shot on hwy 71. The hotel breakfast is pretty much the usual, but was better than many I have had and the coffee better. The location is a short walk to a small Mexican restaurant with a small bar, next to a starbucks coffee shop. The restaurant (Javi's Tex-Mex) was a surprise -- the food was very good, not typical Tex-mex, and the bar prices and drink selection good.

The room cost was a bit pricey. It is probably in line with the going rates these days, but that is the only thing I would ding the hotel for.

Shuttle from and to the airport was on time.

Didn't have any vending machines, I prefer vending machines rather than buy at the front counter. Breakfast starts too late affecting early morning flying customers, should have an early bird breakfast option for customers flying before 7 AM.

The breakfast was good and well presented. The shuttle bus to and from the airport worked well for us. The receptionist was very helpful and had us checked in swiftly after a very long flight.

The breakfast was so.much more than any hotel offers for FREE. Fullsize shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion in the bathroom.

Nothing it was nice

Because my flight was delayed, I wasn’t able to check in until 2 am. Melinda was friendly and upbeat as if it was the start of her shift. Her customer service was superb. There was a nice selection for breakfast.

Location, cleanliness, breakfast on site

Facilities were certainly adequate but were more particularly designed for people with special physical needs, which removed some of the features that I had anticipated. I would have liked being asked if this kind of accomidation was acceptable or desired. That said, with SXSW taking place over the weekend, I'm sure booking was difficult.
