Kelley (sp?) at the front desk was amazing! So kind and personable, and he was very efficient but thorough with the entire booking process and follow up questions. The suite was very clean, well-maintained, and I LOVED the counter space at the desk/dresser combo. Plus the bathroom lighting and the full length mirror combo in the bathroom was great for getting ready. Comfy beds and fresh towels, all of it was fantastic.

Reception staff really friendly and happy. Helpful in our questions and organising the airport shuttle when we needed it. Room was clean, kitchenette was really useful and the fridge/freezer with ice maker was just what we needed.

They only came once to change towels, except when I had asked them to refill the shower gel. The neighbour was very noisy three nights in a row (3am and 4am), but the noise stopped shortly after calling front desk each night. On the morning after the third complaint, however, we asked if we could take the complaint further and never heard a single noise for the remainder of our stay. Cannot fault the staff but it was a problem during my stay.

Kelly was awesome and really nice.

My bf said it smelled in the hotel lobby but I personally did not smell anything odd. There was scent devices around the building though…

You have to walk across the parking lot for all the restaurants, bar and breakfast facilities. Depending on the weather, this may or may not be a pleasant experience. The sister hotel “Holiday Inn” across the parking lot is where to stay, apparently.

Convenient to Austin airport. Staff was polite, hotel was clean. Also, liked that this hotel shared a parking lot with the Holiday Day - which had a restaurant/bar...very convenient.

Poor communication. Booked for airport shuttle service, then informed it was unavailable, then front desk says it was after we rented a car. Said there was free breakfast, then there wasn't!

Very happy with the overall place. Only complaint need thicker windows to drown out the freeway noise.

Customer service. Both counter people acted like I was bothering them when I went to the front counter.

They don’t offer breakfast but plenty of food nearby. 24 hour decaf coffee was great. Location SE of Austin and near the airport was great. Full fridge and microwave great. Laundry and gym!

The air con didn’t work well. I was brought a fan that helped.
