We appreciated the comfortable room, good TV channels, great AC, nice toiletries, tea bags provided, room darkening blinds so we could sleep late, and the fruit-infused iced water in the lobby. We loved the 12 noon check-out time! This was the closest hotel we could get to the race track to attend a concert at Germania Amphitheater.

It felt absurd to pay to park in the middle of nowhere. Parking should be included, especially when you are not in an urban location. I didn't care that breakfast was not included because I wanted to sleep in anyway. The water in the room/shower/sink was so soft it took forever to rinse off the soap, shampoo, etc. (felt very wasteful to use so much water, they should really consider getting rid of these water softeners).

The bed was super comfortable, along with the wonderful shower. Also, I loved the fact there was a mini refrigerator where I could store my snacks and drinks. The bar was a great place to unwind and Germany food after so much traveling. The airport shuttle was fantastic and on time for my morning flight.

The thing I didn't like was the extremely small size lotion bottle offered. Would have been great if we had access to buy additional toiletries just in case.

It was a really neat modern facility. I liked the lounge area and the room was cute.

My only complaint would be that our air conditioning didn’t work right. It was very hot in our room. I called down and he said he could change our room but he never called back and it was getting late and we just wanted to shower and got to sleep so I just called him back and said nevermind we would just stay where we were. But it was still really hot for the two days we were there.

It is basically on the highway leaving Austin and on the way to/from the airport... so convenient to the airport, BUT it is noisy from the traffic.

Traffic Noise. Advertised "Breakfast" but it was a very unsatisfactory type - order remotely, no place to sit and enjoy the food, no one to service the customer... a very anasceptic atmosphere.

Everything was perfect, save that the complimentary water bottle had been opened and drunk from. Apparently, the maid didn’t notice it. It wasn’t a big deal. I just went downstairs and asked for another one. Also, I’d prefer wrapped plastic glasses in the room rather than unwrapped, unsealed real glass ones. While I’m not saying it happens at the Aloft, I remember my days in the hotel industry when the maids would often just empty out the glasses and wipe them off before returning them to service.

Atmosphere was cool, very colorful and clean. I definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who has not experienced a really great place vs the alternative, ughhh... Lol. Beds were very comfortable also. And most importantly very clean!!!

We had a very early morning flight, so we didn't have breakfast, but we did have dinner at the bar and the bartender was excellent! Very friendly and attentive. I did check in online and that made the check-in process very easy as well. The front desk staff during the whole stay was very friendly too. The room was clean and comfortable and the shuttle was quick to the airport, which we appreciated.

We had some problems getting the A/C to cool the room down, but I think that was operator error. The A/C worked, we just couldn't figure out what was the best temperature for us.

Even though I had a do no disturb sign on my door, the cleaning staff was loudly laughing and talking in front of my room. I have a feeling that it was because management couldn't see them because I my room (344) was in a small corridor that bends to the right from the elevators. So much for trying to sleep past 8!

Easy to get to and close to the airport. The rooms are great layout and always very clean.

Room was spacious and very clean. Bar and restaurant was a nice addition and saved us from battling the terrible traffic to find something to eat. Locations was great for access to Austin airport. Check in was fast and staff was very accommodating.
